Ice Paris was great the first time around but once they realized I was in a wheelchair times changed, even though I transfer myself, they refuse to see me without another person to minimally help me, I have called asking them to do so but the owner and managers marked the chart not to see me without somebody present!

My sweet father treated me to a massage at Ici Paris in March, and I’m just now posting a review about it because, obviously, I am procrastinating and avoiding other life responsibilities. Oops. The great: I got a deep tissue massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve had in my life. The therapist, Adama(God knows whether I’ve butchered that spelling — sorry!!) was awesome. Super professional, great pressure without being painful, good grounding. The massage table was very comfortable and came with a heating pad on it.(After roasting for 5 minutes, I asked her to turn it off. But I’m sure it would be nice in the winter or something.) The massage room was dimly lit with soothing music — definitely adds to a relaxing mood. I floated out of the building — the massage was exactly what I needed.(Sidenote: I heard Adama was going to be out of town for a while, so she may not be at Ici Paris at the moment. I’m sure the other therapists there are competent, but Adama was fantastic.) Check-out afterward was easy, and I’m pretty sure they let me put tip on my credit card. The ladies at check-in/check-out were very friendly. The not-so-great: I’m not a fan of the«relaxation» room. Maybe it’s because I think a «spa» should have amenities like a locker room(with fuzzy robes to wear pre– and post-massage), a steam room, a sauna, etc., but this room was not cutting it. There’s a few couches and tables and a television playing ads for different beauty products on repeat. Ugh. I think there was also some water, tea, etc., but the stores looked pretty low by the end of the day when I arrived. There is absolutely no reason to arrive early or stick around post-massage in this room. Also, you enter the spa through the storefront selling a bunch of beauty products. Not relaxing. Scheduling was super-easy. The massage was pricey, but based on the quality of the massage, it was worth every penny.(It’s easy to say that when it wasn’t my pennies.) I would definitely return.

I add my eyes lashes tinted. It only last 15 minutes for it lasted almost a month. People are very kind there.

It took me nearly 2 years to find a hairdresser to replace mine after I moved to the area. Tricia at Ici Paris is the one! Tricia is Aveda trained, yet also draws on other ideas to cut and color hair well. She corrected some fairly scary color for me and make me look like myself again. Give this salon and spa a try. The atmosphere is nice and the products are good quality. The prices were actually lower than other good salons in the area that I found to be of lower quality and ambiance levels.

Here again for a facial and some relaxation one if the best gifts a Hubby can give; as far as I’m concerned. Linda has left for another facility but Trish does a great job and is knowledgeable in the Cosmedix Priduct line. Great facial with the products I request. The only problem with this«Spa» is the noise level at times and no body treatment rooms or options. Basically facials of various types, massage and Manu, pedis. It is also very difficult to book spa services all at one time, for example if you purchase a «Spa Escape» and want it in one day; you may not get the person you want.

I had a facial here and it was amazing. It is so serene and the staff members are so professional. My only complaint is that its a little pricey. I am planning to schedule another.

I booked this appointment from out of town because I don’t live in Peachtree, but was visiting a friend for her birthday who lives there. I wanted us to have a nice spa day together and this place sounded chi-chi enough to give us the spa experience I was anticipating. Plus, the ‘spa’ options in Peachtree City were slim and I’m not familiar with the area. Boy, was I wrong. When we walked in, the lobby area was anything but serene, littered with tschotskes and retail crap that made it look like a beauty supply store instead of a spa. If you’re going to have«Paris» in your name, you might want to step it up a notch. We booked two ‘specials’, a «chocolate pedicure» and some kind of facial package they offered. They took us back into this silk flower purgatory waiting area with couches, which felt more like I was waiting in my grandma’s living room. The lighting was very low and there were fake flowers and twinkle lights all over the place, but the piece de resistance was the ‘water feature’, which was a fountain, covered in some kind of a metal arch, covered in more silk flowers. It was very ‘country’ and not chic, definitely not ‘spa-like’. We didn’t wait that long and our appointment was on time, so there was that. The facial was fine, nothing to really write home about, fairly standard. The pedicure, however, was disappointing. Usually in a spa, the pedicure area is secluded, at least somewhat, so you can have a relaxing moment and the illusion of privacy, but we were side-by-side along a big wall of shabby, dated pedicure thrones in the middle of a loud and chatty salon. «Mabel the Regular»(or whatever her name is, you know the type) was going on and on about her goiter or her corns or whatever while her manicurist blabbed on about the latest gossip. I didn’t fly 2500 miles and pay $ 99 to hear about Mabel’s corns. The ‘chocolate pedicure’ was a joke, too. They just dumped some chocolate scented bubble bath in the water after opening the jar and shoving it under our nose to «here, smell it!». I guess that was the ‘aromatherapy’ part. I anticipated some kind of… treat, I guess. A luxurious chocolate scrub or mask, perhaps a cup of hot chocolate, but no one even offered us water. Even though this wasn’t my town, I was embarrassed that I’d booked this place for my friend as a ‘surprise’. Maybe this is what they think ‘spa’ is in Peachtree City, but it was really more ‘neighborhood beauty parlor’.

Awesome! I called the day after xmas, because I was at that point where I no longer wanted to grow my hair out, I wanted it OFF that day. Surprise, they were open and had avaliability! I scheduled an appointment after work, they took me right back when I got there, and my stylist name was Sabra. I must say she did a fantastic job, extactly what I told her I wanted, she didn’t take too much off, like most people do when you say a «trim». It’s a little pricey, but you will definitely get what you pay for. The shampoo was wonderful, and conversation in the chair was nice too! Give Sabra a try.
