They really pile on the frosting, but the presentation is nice. The cupcakes tasted ok. I’ve had gourmet cupcakes before that were better. This tasted like something from the grocery store, but looks much nicer.

I’ve had a 4 – 5 different kinds of cupcakes from Gigi’s and I’m not really a fan of them. The icing is way too overpowering and the cake is usually dry. That’s been my experience personally

We got there about 30 minutes from closing time on October 22nd. The young lady working there was amazingly friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. The cupcakes were delicious. I got the Apple pie and a strawberry gluten free cupcake (to sample for when I want a «diet compliant» treat). It was moist and the frosting had that slight crunch from the sugar (I guess). It was clean and nice.
It’s been a long rough week at work and my wife insisted we go out for a dessert date. I wasn’t anticipated having such a good experience. I need to emphasize customer service was phenomenol and was the icing on the cupcake. Sorry, I’m on my lunch break and exhausted.

Great customer service. She was fast. She asked if we wanted rewards. The store was clean they had a variety in their selection and the cupcakes.

Lovely presentation but a little too sweet and some of the flavors of the cupcakes just over powered it all and too much icing. And a little to pricey for what your getting as well as on one visit the cupcakes were a little on dry side. But lovely customer service.

I am not a cupcake connoisseur, but I do know great service, beautiful presentation, sophisticated brand packaging, and exceptional quality when I experience it. The cupcakes were gorgeous and SO delicious. I picked up several cupcakes for a friend and she was so happy. The lovely lady who worked there was very sweet, helpful, and personable.

I loved it! It was pricey but I expected that. I had a mix and only tasted the lemon but I was going to a luncheon and all cupcakes got rave reviews. This is a great little «go to» place to get an edible gift or a special little «thank you». The service was helpful and friendly and I’ll continue to go back.

WOW. What a disappointment! My Red Velvet was dry and so was my nieces Wedding Cake cupcake. $ 7 wasted!
The store is very pretty and if you do not expect much from the actual cake portion of the cupcake (Meaning you like icing more than cake) then you will probably enjoy these cupcakes.
I may give them one more try because I know a few people that say that they love the cupcakes here.
