Allied Autoworks

Like most, I’ve been to several different auto shops in several different states/​cities over the last 20+ years. WITHOUT A DOUBT, Allied is the best I’ve ever been to.
I’m going to go on a nerd-​rant here to explain why I think so highly of this shop: I am a health and safety manager for a large manufacturing company and so I tend to make decisions based on risk (weighing probability and severity). Chris and Steven, the owners/​managers, have a second-​nature way of evaluating and then explaining all issues in this manner so I can make the most informed choices.
The type and level of service they provide — quality and customer focus — is rare for any business. Good guys who care about their work and charge fair prices without pressure or over-​selling. Very highly recommend them!

I have taken several of my vehicles to Allied, a 2010 2500 HD pickup, 2005 GMC HD pickup, and a 2004 GMC Envoy, 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and 60’s Muscle Cars. Kris and Steve have performed everything from Brakes, Window motors, Wheel bearings, waterpump, and a host of over items. These guys know GM trucks, and SUV’s, and muscle cars not just imports. So I highly recommend them for any of your auto repair needs. Thanks for the great service.

This is perhaps the best auto maintenance shop I have ever used. I recently hired Allied Autoworks’ services based on the experience of two other friends who had difficult (and previously unresolved) car problems.
Their troubleshooting of challenging problems is excellent. A recent problem on my Odyssey was mis-​diagnosed by two other shops (including the dealer). Steven isolated the problem, had the correct part ordered and the job complete within a few hours. Their communication is excellent, and I was kept aware of the progress. The shop prices are very fair, especially considering the fact that problems are properly diagnosed and actually fixed.

Let’s not underestimate the value of honesty, especially in auto repair services. From beginning to end, these guys get a gold star. Great phone service, even better in person on-​my-​car service. And great communication skills! Kudos to these self-​proclaimed «young and hungry» specialists. They are good at what they do AND fair. Yes I will be back for every car repair I need. I bring my car and my wife’s car here from Vinings for all our service needs. Kris has never once done any work without letting me know what he is doing and how much it costs. He is very knowledgeable and friendly too. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

I brought my 2013 Honda Odyssey in for an oil change service at Allied. Kris provided friendly and knowledgeable service at a very fair price. The best part is that he’s here in Peachtree City, not far away like the nearest Honda dealer. Allied Autoworks provided awesome, convenient service. I will continue to use him for my routine maintenance and then repairs once I’m out of my warranty.
