Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Budget Pools. We arrived with parts from an old hot tub and were pleasantly surprised to find employees who knew exactly what we needed AND they were stocked with all that we needed. Will be regular customers from now on.

The phone line is always busy and it’s not that they’re on the phone with a customer. I love budget pool the only place I go excellent service while you there, prices and expert pool water analysis you cannot beat

The people at Budget Pools are extremely helpful, kind and professional. They have helped me with all of my pool needs and answered any and every question I’ve had. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when dealing with my pool.

Have an above ground pool from the chain up the street. Switched over to Budget three years ago, their customer service is outstanding. They are always helpful and spot on. I especially like the individual attention given to each customer and the chemistry lab water analysis. For example, I had a green pool three years ago. The vendor up the street sold me hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals and equipment to solve the problem. No lab there, just dip sticks, I could do that myself. My pool remained green. After the lab analysis at Budget, they helped me solve the problem by correcting the imbalance in my pool water. Last week I went back to the vendor up the street to replace a skimmer part (from the original pool installation) after waiting in line for the two sales people to be free and the thirty customers in front of me, I was told it wasn’t manufactured anymore. Imagine my surprise when Budget pool staff, knew exactly what it was and the part was in stock. Budget may not be the most inexpensive, but they save you money by giving you good advice, the other pool vendors would do well to follow their model.

I have been going to budget pools since we put our pool up. They have been awesome at training me how to do everything that’s needed to keep it open and safe. They are a great group of smart and professional employees. I wish all the companies I deal with were as good!

Had the pool installed, just writing review now.
All I can say is that the same professionalism and service that I got during the sell was the same I got from budget install sub contractor.
Neat, fast and a great experience, the crew was missing a part and Tom came out from the store and gave it to the crew, he also gave us 4 new floating tubes for the trouble of the missed part which was not needed but greatly appreciated by my 4 kids!

I went to the store to look for a replacement for my existing pool. The service was good. Mike explained everything in full detail, however the pricing is thru the roof. You will pay at least 3x more for a pool than anywhere else. If you are looking for a reasonably priced pool and or accessories this is definitely not the place to go. Their chemicals are also way more expensive than all of the other stores. Unless cost means nothing I would highly recommend not going here.

Been going to Budget for 7 years for supplies, routine pool items and the occasional panicked «WHAT DO I DO!!!» question. They are consistently AWESOME. Most helpful store that I have come across for pool advice and assistance. While you may pay a few more $ for accessories and supplies, it is so worth bc of their level of customer service. Merchants like Budget are far and few between — helpful and take pride in being so… Highly recommend!

These guys are really great with customer service! I have to say that we left Crocker Sales SO disappointed at how we were treated looking for a spa. These guys are great! I’m afraid our decision to not buy a spa there is monetary and they only sell jacuzzi brand spas. But they could not have been nicer! They let us do a wet test, after hours, the same day we were looking. No appointment needed, whereas Crocker we would have to buy the spa first without ever trying it. If you are looking in the 7K and up price range, why wouldn’t you come here and be treated great? Don’t waste time with other guys.

What a night-​and-​day difference from Surfside in Chelmsford. Budget is professional, friendly, proactive, and all-​around top-​notch. A real stand-​out.
