I was told I was being nasty for questioning why I wasn’t contacted sooner about the missing return label on my package. I dropped off my Ray Bans on November 19th and was called today, December 30th in regards to my package«in the lost and found». I went to the store immediately and was treated with less than acceptable customer service. I inquired with obvious confusion why It was in lost and found without a label and their answer was my name(which is Phoenix) sounded like a business name. As I am Writing this I am still unsure why the owner felt the need to be rude to me when I was just trying to understand the situation at hand. Needless to say, I left with my package and will be finding other shipping options in our town. Thanks for trying, people make mistakes but the way you treat your customers has a large echo.
