Costumer service is super slow in there for 26 minutes and nothing needs more workers working only one person

This place is the worst. First off my friend tried to ask about getting an upgrade and they told her AT&T just stopped doing upgrades and only do the Next program. So we went to the location in Turlock and they said they do allow upgrades you just have to wait till you’re legible for one. So day off my upgrade I went to this location trying to upgrade and they were saying If I wanted an upgrade I would have to pay the amount and wait a couple of days for my phone to ship to the store cuz all the phones are programmed to «Next». So I went to Turlock and was able to get my phone right there when I wanted it and not have to wait until it arrived(f this place)

Been in here a couple of times. Every time I have gone the manager has been there to greet me and ensure everything is being taken care of. The sales rep(forget name) and manager were able to do what even the corporate store couldn’t figure out for me in less than 10 minutes. Very knowledgable staff. Large variety of inventory. I will continue to choose this location over corporate. Keep it up!
