I’m just giving one star! Because customer service is what matters to me& their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! For starters, you wait a while to be acknowledged by the waitresses. Secondly, when they take your order & repeat it before leaving. They STILLMANAGETOGETTHEORDERWRONGORTHEYFORGETTOBRINGIN A DISH! THIRDLY They also forget to hand out straws right away or until you ask them, they don’t give you utensils right away either. If they do, it’s missing a fork or knife. How do you expect to receive great tips with this kind of service? & now the minimum credit is 40? Or 30 not sure, but the amount is bizarre. It’s a shame because their food is delicious. But instead of «dining-in» I’d rather do a carry out or check out other Peruvian spots. My boyfriend also agrees the service is becoming really bad.

The food was average. The environment was okay. The service was not so good. The waitress ignored our table several times. I ordered rice and never got it. The other thing was that it was cash only. They luckily had an atm, but it had a surcharge of 2 dollars. I wish I had known it was cash only before sitting down. Overall the experience wasn’t good

Delicious! It’s a far way from home but it’s worth it! I love their style on Peruvian cuisine. Their waiting staff are very cordial and insightful.

We have explored all of the Peruvian restaurants in Little Lima and have decided our favorite Peruvian dish for each. D’carbon consistently has the best pollo a la brasa in the neighborhood. They have a wood fired oven, and that makes all of the difference. We prefer them for take-out rather than dining in because of the smoke, but we love that smoke on our chicken. Their aji(hot sauce) is one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for Pollo a la brasa!

Every time we go we always order the chicken, Lomo Saltado, or la Jalea. Never seems to disappoint us. Today we order trio mix of seafood consisting of Jalea, arroz de marisco, and ceviche which I will be ordering again. The portions are fair for the price. The place is clean and presentable. A must try!

Love their pollo ala brasa and french fries. I usually get it takeout, I have eaten in they make VERY good lomo saltado, parihuela, jalea. The portions are big so come hungry.
