I had two cracked panes from a ordinary double hung window.
PPG was able to repair them to better than original condition, quickly and affordabily; under $ 100 per window.
I brought the broken section for estimate and they measured it. I brought the window back when the glass was ready for installation. This allowed me to not have to board up my windows while I waited for the glass to be prepared.
We live in an old house, and many dual panes have lost their seal, so I will also be taking them in for repair!
