Fairfield Westlake Square

Moved in 3 years ago was advertised as 55 +. When I moved in the apartment complex did a credit check and I waited approximately three weeks before I received notification that my application was accepted. Well everything turned to shit quite quickly. Neighbor next door wasn’t takin his Meds and just went off on tantrums. FAIRFIELD was well aware of his actions and it took close to 6 months before he left. Next neighbor moved in was a mother & son duo. Fine for the 1 st week till you realized there was a major problems… he threatened a neighbor and myself to «cut my face «if we didn’t get off ’ his ’ property. FAIRFIELD was again aware of this bizarre and potentially dangerous situation. I had to get an order of protection, and later found out that this young man had been threatening other neighbors where ever he lived in the past and had a felony arrest record. How does that happen when you do a credit check? Again it was close to a year before any action taken. Waited another 8 months for FAIRFIELD to repair the front SECURITY lite. They replaced it with a lite ¹⁄₃ rd the size. Also we have a bus stop in front, which is convenient, but there is no garbage receptacle for all the litter left by passengers. We the tenants, put out a garbage bag on the fence, which helps, but FAIRFIELD says they can’t get a receptacle for the front area. Why? I’ve gotten used to our group of feral cats … complaining did nothing. But when FAIRFIELD wants that rent increase every year 75 $ + you better not question it
