The staff are really helpful and conscious of helping customers. I see some bad reviews here. Maybe they have changed staff for the better. I have no complaints at all. Very nice store and nice experience going there. This is really important for the customer. We need to be treated well so we have a great experience. Retail therapy is real! Thanks SFL for being great.

Nice workers EXCEPT when it comes to lines. There was at least 3 people waiting in line and the cashier was chatting up the customer she was ringing up as if there wasn’t people standing there WAITING. It took her TEN minutes for her to ring up 5 items while having a conversation with the customer about work, school, etc, even had her try on one of the tops she was buying, MEANWHILEEVERYONEWASWAITINGINLINE. It was absolutely ridiculous. You could tell the girl being rung up was embarrassed that the cashier wouldn’t stop talking to her because she kept looking behind her at everyone else getting angry for having to wait for so long. It would have been more understandable if there was some sort of problem but the girls were simply having a conversation. Even overheard her say that she had been working there since May and she was already one of the managers… Shouldn’t a manager know that doing speedy transactions is one of the most important things in a retail store? We were about to drop our things and leave because it was taking so long. When it was our turn to be rung up she didn’t even apologize for the wait.

Love the clothes. Hate the staff. They have always been super rude. They go threw staff like no other business I have seen.
