Paso Robles Heating and Air

Top notch service! I waited to write this review until today, our first 100+ degree day. I moved into my house last July and the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat. My home is 1100 sq. ft. Then during the winter my landlord had the central heat/​air unit serviced by another company. The next time I needed it, the heater would not come on. The other company could only recommend a replacement so I did some research and got recommendations from someone in the HVAC industry. We called these guys and when their technician came out I knew it was the right decision. They replaced the part causing the problem and cleaned the unit while they kept the price reasonable. No problems all winter. I turned on the unit today for the first time in anticipation of the 106* day and I cannot believe this is the same unit I used last summer. Thank you!

Excellent company. Returned my request for service call in reasonable time. Technician John was friendly and knowledgable. Listened to my concerns, did a thorough maintenance job on heater and the price was waaaay reasonable. I DEFINITley would use them for next problem.

Don and team are great. Quoted me a price for a new A/​C unit (Lennox made off brand called Aire Flow) install, and honored the price 1 year after quote. Install team was good (i.e. no creeps, or foul mouths, or smokers), did good work on an exceptionally challenging older home, and all in the heat of July with my family at home.
The costumer service is truly excellent. Their patience, scheduling, and follow-​up visits really impressed me. Install came with 9 month service and 2 replacement filters, so i haven’t had to touch my unit for 2 summers and it works great.
I only have good things to say about them. I highly recommend.

Great company to work with. We had a problem with our A/​C unit. The air conditioning would blow, but the air wasn’t cool. PR Heating and Air sent a technician to our home. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and added freon to our compressor. He also cleaned the system. Now, everything works great. I recommend them. They are one of the best.
