They did a great job tinting the windows on my car. They were very friendly and down to earth. If I ever need my windows tinted again I would definitely go back. It seems that the owner really takes pride in the work that he does. So taking your car here, you know your going to get above quality work.

Not very good customer service and communication skill. Too much attitude giving toward a customer when they just try to ask some simple question. Also, they did a terrible tinted job for the two rear windows on my car. They didn’t trimmed films on the edge of the window right. When I row down the window there is a big extra piece of tinted film sticking out of the window. I was going to bring the car back to have them fix but I wouldn’t want to deal with the attitude they give me so I took my car to another place to get it fix right. Sorry that I have to write a bad review but they should take their work more serious.

These guys did a great job on my car windows. Very efficient and did it in a timely manner. I love the owner, she’s so friendly and nice. She has a great dog too that visits you while you wait.

After our move to Paso, I didn’t know anyone in the detail industry so on the recommendation of a neighbor, a retired Maserati and BMW dealer, I took my 91 Mercedes in for a complete exterior polish and wax. Wow! The old girl shines as well as she did on the showroom floor! I keep my cars for decades and care for them fastidiously, Mason’s is now the only place I’ll go. Next month I’ll go back for a complete interior detail from them! So glad to have found them!

This is my third time using Mason’s Auto Detailing and Window Tinting. Every time I use them, they do phenomenal work. I have yet to use them for their detail services, but their quality of work is the best for window tinting. And what makes it better, is that they are competitively priced. Not the cheapest, and most definitely not the most expensive. I will use Mason’s again when I get another car.
