We have tried for 3 moths to get our A/​C to work correctly! We’ve had multiple handy men come out! One guy burnt the fan motor up! The others apparently don’t have the knowledge to fix it. I’m waiting on the 6th service person to show up to see what will get done today! Clear choice seams to not care about this particular rental! I have missed many days of work and still not fixed! I’m not a happy renter!

What a great group. They are Respectful, knowledgeable, and have taken the headache out of owning properties. Great company and people! Always get my rental checks promptly. They deal with my renters in a very professional manner. I had a tree fall onto one of my properties, they oversaw the entire repair and got it back on the market in record time saving me months of rental income. I can’t give enough great compliments to this business. Clear choice does a great job taking care of our families rentals. Every time I’m lucky enough to get to Paso Robles and drive by our home looks fantastic. The rent is consistently paid on time, any paperwork needed is ready to go.
