Battery Systems Of Paso Robles

Purchased a very expensive yellow top battery for my truck June 2011 exactly 4 years ago. the battery got drained and needed a long slow charge so I found out. took it back to battery systems the kid tested it and told me it had dead cells and I needed a new battery. I was not happy paid almost 200. for it and thought 4 years was not good service it should have lasted longer for the price and quality of the battery. They never offered to charge it and see if it would hold a charge. I told them I was not happy and I would never purchase another battery from them nor would I ever recommend them, their reply was ok! they didn’t seem to care. I took it to another shop they charged it overnight and it was fine just drained not dead. I left battery systems feeling like they were dishonest with me and just tried to get me to buy another battery. I don’t recommend them at all. 1 star because It won’t allow me to post without selecting a srar. Very bad business ethics.

Great customer service. Good cheap batteries or great expensive ones, but cheaper than elsewhere.
