Gave me a realistic bid, followed through with their appointment time, courteous, did the job and fixed it so it will not difficult to fix if it breaks again. Thank you Aarrow plumbing for your high work ethic.

Our builder uses Aarrow plumbing. We have had numerous issues. The day we moved in our downstairs and garage flooded due to an «error». They forgot to connect the main pipe to the septic. When they came out they of course blamed the septic company and left us to deal with a flooded home with no water. Flooded by the way with what should have been in the septic tank. After a meeting between the builder and the septic company they took responsibilty. Other issues we have experienced are the master tub was not installed correctly so the first time it was used all the grout around the tile cracked, there was a leak in the kitchen causing warping and damage to sub floor and island. The entire kitchen floor and island had to be ripped out and replaced. They did come and fix everything but with the issues we had I would not use them again.

The service and quality of work from this company is horrible. I just finished building a beautiful new home and I have had problem after problem with these clowns. Not showing up to do the work and when they did, the work was sub-par. I just left the new house that we have yet to occupy and I had now hot water at my granite kitchen sink. I noticed my brand new water heater also had damage. If you live in the Tri-Cities, stay away from this company.

I called to schedule an appointment with Aarrow plumbing. They said they would be here the next day, which worked out great for me. They gave me a two hour window when they’d be by. I called halfway through that window to check with them, and was told their schedule had been messed up and I was the second person to call and say they were expecting someone to show up that never did. Not good. They asked if I would want someone to come by the next morning. Lucky for me I was able to accommodate this, this week, but seriously I sometimes wonder if these companies have any idea that people work for a living and can’t just take off the entire week to wait around for someone that doesn’t show up. Someone came today to replace the leaky frost-free hose bib. It required going under the house into the crawl space, about 10 feet, to access the connection point. They removed the old one, installed a few feet of PEX pipe(flexible tube that will allow the unit to be serviced from the outside of the house in the future), installed the new hose bib and were done within 30 minutes. The part itself costs somewhere around $ 30 dollars. The bill was almost $ 255 + tax, and that was with a $ 25 discount because they didn’t show up the day before. The service was fine, I’m sure the repair was done well, and I was given a 1-year warranty(verbally — not written on the invoice). I’m not impressed with the exorbitant price for the service. I can appreciate costs for marketing, and other overhead, driving to and from the warehouse or another appointment, but this seems to be too high. Add to that the missed appointment the first time, and I’ll probably be looking for another plumber next time.
