I don’t often write negative reviews, because I think most of the time people quickly react emotionally to a bad experience, however, I took my time with this and I think this is a terrible place to get your dental needs met.
While I was waiting for my appointment I could hear another patient moaning loudly and exclaiming that she was in pain. I didn’t want to jump to conclusions and thought perhaps this person had serious dental procedures being performed and the pain was unavoidable. Not true. Both my wife and I visited this dentist and this cleaning was the most painful dental procedure either of us have ever experienced. I understand that a trip to the dentist isn’t a comfort experience, and I’m not a wimp with no tolerance for pain, but when you’re a grown man fighting tears throughout a cleaning and you ask the assistant afterwards if it there was something unusual that would explain such pain and she answers by saying «that is a typical cleaning for Dr. Zerounian» then something is not right.
The service staff was not very professional either. There was no one at the desk when I arrived and I waited nearly 40 minutes after my appointment time to even check in to then wait further to actually get to a dentist’s chair. When the staff came back from their break, they spent more time continuing personal conversations before even acknowledging new patients in the waiting room. In both of my encounters with this staff they seemed unfriendly and as if they simply couldn’t be bothered.
Finally, when I had a new dentist request x-​rays from them, they required me to pay a $ 35 fee for a copy. X-​ray transfer to another dentist’s office is almost always a free professional courtesy. Beyond that, for my $ 35 I received a photocopy on plain white paper of the x-​ray which was, needless to say, useless to my new dentist.
Multiple terrible experiences, nothing good to report. Go someplace else!

Most painful visit to a dentist ever. Then I tried to get the x-​rays from them to go to another dentist — x-​rays that were paid for already — and she charged me $ 25 for them.
I gave her an extra star because the staff were pleasant and the view is nice.

Had a great experience with Dr. Lena! Very little wait time, she was kind, honest, and did a great cleaning for me. Very thorough, perhaps too thorough of a cleaning. :-)
She is not about the money but more about the service and well-​being of her patience. I will continue going to her and would recommend her to others. A great find!
