Great food! Creative little place. Great service. The manager is so friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Everything about this place is amazing. Their menu has endless possibilities. I definitely recommend this location!

If one can get a hang of their ordering system, their sandwiches are pretty tasty! And large in size too!

Mike is as good as they come. I was a nervous Bride on Saturday and I wanted to make sure I had enough food for my bridal party to have before our dinner at the wedding. I contacted Mike directly, he saved me money, helped me pick out the right sandwiches for my group and even gave me his cell phone in case there were any issues. I couldn’t believe the level of service! Thank you for making one task in planning a wedding so very easy!!!

Rebecca the Italian Chief really made our sandwhich experience 10 out of 10. Went in on 6÷11÷16 at 11:32AM and ordered two sandwhiches. It was our first time there and I have to say I like the business model here. You get to fully engage in your sandwhich by checking off your ingredients and orders on the sandwhich bag. The menu is laid out in such a way where you can figure everything out within a glance. The quality and taste is comparable to Jersey Mike’s except there are more choices. Also, they don’t overload you with oils, sauces, salt, pepper. The price is comparable to Jersey Mikes as well. But the customer service here is on point. You are immediately acknowledged and greeted when you walk in. Next if this is your first time, you’re briefly educated about the products and allowed to ask questions right away. Every staff member here, from the cashier, to the sandwhich maker, to the manager displayed extremely professional, personal and courteous customer service skills. The smiles were genuine and it felt like the staff were genuinely interested in helping customers here. Excellent food, excellent customer service, and unique, interesting business model. 10 out of 10 stars.

I’m only giving it a two for the cashier. Both my boyfriend and I have worked in food service so we both know you are suppose to say hello and at least try to be enthusiastic about getting guests. The gentlemen, idk his name, but he seemed like he was so bored with life and hated his job!

Never been here and just read reviews on this place. Decided to try it. Placed the order online and I headed down there. There was no place to park. I placed a call to the place and the young lady confirmed my online order. Told her that there was no place to park and she said she would bring my order out to my car. Told her what car I had and within the minute, she handed me my order. Sandwich was to my liking and the service was excellent. Above and beyond my expectation. Will now add this place to my lunch rotation. Thank you again for the great customer service.

I love the image they have set on this place. It’s a simple and fun little sandwich spot. Just one small«but» the sandwiches could look more fulfilling. I little more like a Subway sandwich. Besides that I do like the fact that they reward points.

The sandwiches and service here are both excellent. The owner is such a nice guy, he really genuinely wants everyone who comes into the restaurant to have a good time. The milkshakes are unparalleled. They are some of the best I’ve ever had. If you go, they’re a must.

This is a cool little sandwich shop. The way you order is very unique. I really enjoy looking at what people draw on their paper bags that get hung on the walls. The seating situation is a bit tight: a little bunch of tables downstairs, a little bunch of tables upstairs and a little bunch of tables outside. I like sitting downstairs. I usually get the Vegetarian sandwich. They put too much avocado on it. It seems to make the bread a bit mushy. I also put olives, tomatoes, garlic, pickles, and spinach on it. SOGOOD! I have not tried their milkshakes and cookies yet. Which Wich, in my opinion, is better than Subway. P. S. The bathroom is always dirty, so try to wait until you are home to go pee.

I haven’t been a fan of sandwich places after eating at Subway every week in high school. Even the strange specific smell of sandwich places turned me off. So when my other half wanted to try this place, I begrudgingly agreed to give this a go. This place has opened my eyes to sandwiches again. I legit love their egg salad. I like that I can get it in a small size and that they have crispy onion strings. It’s like Shin Sen Gumi in the options of stuff I can add to the sandwich. I don’t know what devil witch magic is in these sandwiches, but now I crave one every week.

Finally got the chance to try this place out tonight with the bf…& I’m not satisfied. :/ Inside is.cute. Customer service? GREAT. The guy who was working the register was awesome. Super friendly and helpful. He immediately greeted us and told us how the process works. You basically choose a bag from the protein of choice, choose your sammich, and choice of ingredients marking it with a sharpie. You then bring it up to the register and then they’ll whip it up for you. I chose the cheesesteak with provolone and extra caramelized onions. I also chose the skinny wheat which means they scoop out the inside part of the bread. Kind of cool! Bf ordered their Reuben. There was no tax to my surprise & it was $ 25 for 2 large sammiches. So…I found the cheesesteak to be gross. The beef was not the proper beef for a cheesesteak. It was super soft and kind of rubbery in texture. The onions I feel were pre-grilled and it has that strange taste to it. What I mean by pre-grilled is that I felt that it’s just sitting in a container throughout the day. So disappointed. :/

Super friendly staff! Great sandwiches, even if they are a bit pricey. They are giving out plastic cups so that when you come back, you bring it and get a discount on your drink purchase! They basically treat it like a refill. I tend to get the Italian with pesto and a few extras! Overall, super filling and makes me a happy camper.

When I’m craving a sandwich this is my go-to spot. Not only are the sandwiches really good, the owners are really friendly and personable. They take the time to make sure you know how to order your ‘build your own’ sandwich. One of them even sat with me chatting and getting to know me. I used to go to Subway all the time but this place is way better. If you are in the Pasadena area make sure you stop by Which Wich and grab a sandwich.

Build your own sandwiches or already made ones that will be guaranteed tasty! Found parking street-side for $ 1/hour. Came in and and was surprised by all the different choices you have! We got the Wicked sandwich(4 types of meats) and added several sauces and toppings that were mouth-watering(caramelized onions, guacamole, spicy ranch, etc). The large sandwich is also 14 inches long– more than enough to share! Although I can’t fairly compare it to subway(especially since this is probably twice the price), I do feel that the quality and choices justifies the cost. We also got the special at the time, the Reuben, which was also good. The special sandwiches are less customizable, but still was satisfied. I am looking forward to their other flavors– including the Elvis Wich(peanut butter and banana), French dip, etc. My only suggestion would be to make fries– I definitely think a good side of fries are better than chips.

This was the first time I came to this sandwich spot and it was actually really good in my opinion. I ordered a custom sandwich which was the surf and turf with roast beef and crab salad on the sandwich with pesto sauce, olives, onions and blue cheese and it was really tasty. It’s really cool how you do the actual ordering because you have to take a paper bag with the sandwich that you want and with a pen, mark all the other toppings that you want on it with the type of cheese. I highly recommend you try out this sandwich spot if you’re ever in the Pasadena area and you will not be disappointed but be careful there’s a lot of different options that you can choose from.

Delicious. A bit overwhelming for a newbie but quickly got the hang of it. Very friendly staff who can tell who has been there before and who hasn’t. all based on the way you look at the sandwich bags. Once you know what you are doing, you just want to start checking all the boxes on the bag to create your one of a kind sandwich. Service is efficient, food is fresh, and it’s kinda fun!
