The Boulevard

This is the closest I will ever come to having a regular bar. It is nothing like the WeHo glitter factories/​meat-​marketd. It is homey and fun. The owner is a bit abrasive, but I like that. The drinks are extremely decently priced, and quiet Mondays and Tuesdays means the bartenders know my order. The vibe is also super-​inclusive.
The drag review is AWESOME. Miss Conception’s Cherry Pie is great. You can tell they work their asses off on the costumes and routines, and they draw a fantastic energy from their audience.

Are you looking for a bar to chill with friends? I believe this is the place! This bar is actually quite amazing. It’s also known for a gay bar, but hey, there are some straight guys there! The atmosphere feels so welcoming. It’s kind of small, but it’s still really cozy. All you get from everyone would be smiles! It’s pretty easy to meet people here because everyone is so outgoing.
The drinks here aren’t so bad. The bartender is really nice! He made me a drink called «Pink Lady» it’s not on the menu but if you do want to try it, just tell them it’s with watermelon juice, sweet and sour, alcohol and sprite. It’s on the sweet side. It’s not too strong but if you want your drink stronger you can always ask. They’re super nice about it. I believe it’s not too pricey compared to other bars. (According to my friends that goes to bars a lot.) Also, they don’t have food here. I believe they only have popcorn. So grab a bite before coming!
What is most interesting and amazing is … Wednesdays and Fridays (I believe; check their website) they have drag shows and karaōke night! It depends if it’s packed or not. You’ll never know until you’re there. But the times that I’ve been, it’s kind of packed. IT’S AMAZING. These girls look B-​E-​A-​U-​T-​I-​F-​U-​L. I love how this place doesn’t judge people and give bad vibes. They cheer and clap for every single performer. Don’t forget to TIP them so bring singles! They deserve it!
Also, if it is your birthday or your birthday «week» they will call you out in front of the stage in front of EVERYONE. I didn’t volunteer but a person behind me knew it passed my birthday (THANKS TO MY FRIEND SEAN) and pointed out to me. I was so embarrassed because I personally don’t do well when people stare at me. I was a little embarrassed but I’m glad they didn’t force me to go up and take a shot from the ground. «Drink it up bitches!» LOL Oh man, imagine if I did it, I’m sure my friend would record it, post it and embarrass me.
There’s also a pool table in the back! I’m not sure how it works because I haven’t tried that yet! I will come back soon! :D

This is not West Hollywood type bar. It’s quite the antithesis of it.
It’s a pretty lonely, hole-​on-​the-​wall, dive bar with a relatively older crowd, but not old enough to find yourself a sugar daddy, but, perhaps a splenda daddy.
If you’re looking to get drunk cheaply and looking to enjoy the company of a man, it’s a good spot to check out.
Went on a weekend, it was a bit dead. But, the bartender is quite amicable with a good sense of humor. Got a chuckle out of me.
