Street Food Cinema

We always enjoy Street food cinema. I know it takes a lot of people and hard work to put these events together. With that being said I have one complaint.
We purchased season passes this year. We arrive early and we are at least the 5^th or 6^th person in line we seem to always get checked in at 5:30 or after 5:30 when they start letting people in who have wrist bands.
I’m really bothered by this. What’s the point of arriving early with season passes and not being able to be checked in before 5:30 when I arrive before 5.
When we brought it up to one of the staff members she pretty much blew us off. Another attended said he’ll get to us when he did (we are 5^th in line) people are already entering the event, he had to add «see if I wasn’t talking to you I would have got to you sooner». Thanks that smart comment helped.
