The staff are not friendly and do not greet you when you check in. Was a patient for 5 years and the last time years they did not do X-​rays. I mentioned this when I made the appointment that I needed the Xray and when I would go in for my cleaning they would not do it. Also, I had not seen Dr. Radley in two years. When I did see him he did not seem thorough to me. It was a very quick exam. They had a hygienist that would constantly chit chit while she was cleaning my teeth. She would stop in the middle of the cleaning and talk, talk, talk. They finally got rid of her.

I’ve been going to Green Street Dental for over 5 years. My job has relocated me but I choose to continue my services with Green Street. The staff is very professional and although I’m not a 24 hour news watcher… the tv relaxes me.

I recently visited Green Street Dental for a crown and had an excellent experience. Dr. Radley and his staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

They overcharged me a lot and refused to refund. At first, they did not fill the claim to my insurance company. After many phone calls and visits and the complains and notice from my insurance company, they still do not refund me.
The staff lied to me many times. Actually, I could not trust her anymore.

I wasnt impressed with Dr. Radley nor his staff. The girls at the front were not friendly and the assitance well was rude and not friendly at all. The first time I went in for a consulation for my wisdom and he said that I needed to get all 4 out and he said that he could do it for $ 150.00 each, I told him wait a min cause I had insurance. I needed work to be done and I was not purchasing anything, wth. Then he barely looked at my xray and I had to ask questions if I had an infection and if my teeth were fine well he overlooked my xray and it turned out that my tooh was infected. I later went to get my crown and he didnt do any work but charge my credit card $ 150.00, I wont be going here, its all about the money.

Possibly the most unprofessional dentist and staff around. I went in for a cavity filling and Dr. Roby Radley did a HORRIBLE job. I paid the $ 150 to have clear fillings and he did a very sloppy job. I have filling residue on the side of my tooth and to top it off, he did not properly fill in the cavity. My tooth would hurt everytime I bit into anything. To top it off, when I went in to have it fixed at my next check-​up, he hit a nerve with the drill TWICE! This particular tooth is now ultra sensitive and I may need more intensive work done. As stated earlier, his front office staff is very unprofessional and not a good source of information. Do not go to this dentist unless you want unprofessional and sloppy work done.
