I’m impressed with their new line of comfort shoes with style — dexflex. They really are cushy! And the lady helping me on a Tuesday afternoon (I’m so sorry I forgot her name?) was as nice and helpful as can be, very cheerful, too. Usually, I’m on my own at other Payless shoe stores, but this one (in North Pasadena, on Lake) at least has one great associate! Payless in not known for high quality, but I believe they are getting better! And when you want a pair of fun or basic shoes and don’t want to pay a fortune — «Payless!»

This Payless is great! They have many large sizes in stock for women and they always have fantastic customer service. I’ve been shopping at Payless for years and this is my favorite store to shop at because of their wide selection and great service. Thanks!
