I got an official referral from my PCP to see this doctor. When I called the receptionist, she refused to give me an appointment because she thought Dr. Orellana did not treat my condition. I then called my PCP back only to be told to call Dr. Orellana’s office back and that there was a misunderstanding. I would, according to my PCP, be able to get an appointment. So I called back and the receptionist very rudely said she would call me back when she was ready to make my appointment. Needless to say, she never did. I think it’s safe to say I was refused treatment.

Rating front desk reception, appoinments setting, person answering phones not the doctor. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! These ladies are beyond rude. They make snide comments about everything and blame the patient for any misscomunication! Phones are very seldome answered, even during business hours you get a recording that the office is open at 9am. Call at 10:00 am and get the answering message. The office is closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 but they don’t start answering the phone again until 2:00pm. You would think with a two hour break these ladies would be in a better mood. Appoinments made wks in advance for afternoon then told they had to change to am a day prior to appoinment because the doctor does not conduct testing or see patients in the afternoon! I couldn’t get into the doctors office for over a wk and lost a wks pay because of it. I wont be going back and have already requested my records be transfered to another clinci.
