I had these super old copper pans that I found in my grandparents basement that needed major love. I tried a home remedy but read on the internet that they would probably need to be re-tinned, a process where they repair the pan lining. When I walked in the owner person examined my pans and gave a price and told me it might not be worth paying the price due to quality of the original pan. I appreciated the honesty but opted to pay to have one of them tinned and both polished. It took about a month, but my pans look amazing, like completely different pans. I’m not totally sure but I think they even fixed one of the lids. I’m not sure if I will use them or jus have them for decoration, but they look great anyway.
