Great school! I found the intimate setting, personalized instruction, and family atmosphere ideal for training. I used to work for a big massage school and much prefer the «on the job» style of learning that MSP offers. You get to experience what it’s like to run a massage business while learning. Kevin is a wonderful instructor who really cares. His experience as an acupuncturist, body builder, and nutritionist adds depth to his massage philosophy. Kevin utilizes infrared sauna therapy. I saw Oprah and Dr. Oz talk about infrared sauna therapy for weight loss, detoxification, treating depression and anxiety. It impressed me that the school was up on the latest technology. Alice’s emotional support and real world advice was instrumental in my growth.

I have been to MSP twice, once at their old location on Lake and once at their new one. Both times were fantastic. The first one I had was a pre-​natal massage and was wonderful, and the second was approx 6 weeks after baby, and was equally as great. Both times the student took time to talk with me and review some history and the instructor took care to say hello and ask about any concerns. I would highly recommend going. Absolutely cannot beat the value.

Love this place!!! The students are professional and great. My massages are tailored to my body needs. I highly recommend this place– I use to pay way more for a massage at other places and it was not as good.

Massage School of Pasadena is great. The best value and service in town. You are paying for the service, not the extra amenities that you don’t use. The massage therapist really listen to your needs and work out all the kinks in your muscles/​body. The student massages are amazing for the price. I tweaked my back and signed up for a student massage. I was so happy with the service I went back again the following week. for another massage. Alice and Kevin offer great customer service, they really get to know you and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. If you have never had a massage before, the is the best place for first timers and for seasoned folks.

Loved this place. Tried it out for myself first. The ambiance and professional staff made such an impression, I took a friend back as a birthday present. The student giving the massage was phenomenal. She took the time to focus on a problem area I had been dealing with for a while and was knowledgable in techniques I could do on my own to minimize the discomfort. My experience was so pleasant I ended up bringing my son after he had been experiencing difficulties with his achilles heel, as he plays numerous sports. Kevin was excellent with him. He was able to loosen up the tendon and talked with him about stretches to prevent problems in the future. This is a great little hidden healing place, which should not be kept a secret.
