Susan is amazing. My husband and I are so glad we found her. We had all this stuff (some really high end, some just every day, huge, small, vintage, new) that we had either tried to sell ourselves and failed or just didn’t have the time to follow up on, sitting in our house and garage.
She has cleaned us out! We can park our cars in the garage now! (A major feat in Los Angeles).
And best of all, she’s made us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in sales money. No exaggeration.
I’ll never ebay on my own again.

Susan from Los Angeles Resale is great! After we downsized to a smaller house, we had a 2 car garage full of gently used furniture that we no longer needed. Susan performed magic and within 2 weeks, our garage was usable again. Not only was our garage cleared of furniture but we made over $ 1,000 on this stuff. Susan was great to work with and I (who never writes reviews online but made an exception for this one) give her an enthusiastic five stars.

I recently sold my house, a house I had lived in for 23 years and raised three children in. Needless to say, but I’ll say it anyway, we had all accumulated a huge amount of things. Susan was a lifesaver for several reasons. First of all, her professionalism, calm demeanor and extremely organized and detailed way of working was awesome. But her confidence was also so helpful in what was a stressful period. I knew that everything would be okay on her end. She was able to see everything that was on our list including a Lionel O-​gauge train set. Obviously, the selling part was nice, but almost as important was knowing that my things were going to be used and enjoyed by new people, especially the train set. The man who bought it has a little boy who was so excited to be getting it. Made me very happy. I can’t recommend Susan Clarke and her Los Angeles Resale Company highly enough. She’s awesome!!! (And worth every penny of her modest fee)

The best thing my husband did was find Susan! LA Resale went out of their way to go through years of belonging from no nothing’s to family antiques. My husband and I were moving from Los Angeles to Boca Raton, I was pregnant and wanted no part in any of this. Susan room it upon herself to make us 1700 $, sell things that I thought were worthless, and donate things to the charity of our choice. I cannot speak highly enough of Susan and her service provided!

Susan’s company, Los Angeles Resale, succeeded where other estate sale companies failed. I had hired another company to run an estate sale for my aunt’s house. That company only sold a few of the high end things and they really weren’t interested in doing the hard word it would take to sell most of the items. But Susan was definitely up for the task. It wasn’t a «glamorous» project going through decades full of clothes and knick knacks, but she persevered and I had an awesome estate sale.
The displays that Susan set up so were well organized and attractive — it really had a positive affect on the sale. I had a line of people waiting to come into the house on the first day and I made a lot more money than any of the other companies estimated I could get. Susan really came to the rescue! If you’re looking to have a yard sale or estate sale — Susan is your gal!

After a frantic phone call from a friend to meet her at an awesome estate sale, I dragged myself out far too early on a Saturday morning to see what all the hype was about. I found tons of awesome finds and they were all reasonably priced. Everything was organized and orderly, and the staff was super friendly as well. I was sure to sign up on the email list so as not to miss another sale by Los Angeles Resale Company, and have yet to be disappointed for repeatedly getting up far earlier than I normally would on the weekend to attend the sales. Although the merchandise varies from sale to sale, the reasonable prices, quality of goods, and customer service is unwavering. Highly recommended — — just please don’t buy anything I want if you happen to be an early bird!
