The first time I walked in here I was unimpressed. However, after working with Charlie and Harold the service was 5 star. If you come here ask for Harold or Charlie.

Wow this place is frustrating. I just came in and waited 15 minutes for even an acknowledgment of my human form. Nothing. Meanwhile I saw 3 ladies enjoying a chicken lunch, some guy who looked like the manager wandering the aisles in a Pokerstars shirt and another guy on the phone.
I knew what I wanted (seed and seed cover) but had no idea how to get it.
I became more and more frustrated but then a nice lady came out and helped me. She sold me the product and then told me to wait outside for a guy to help me load up. Another 10 minutes and no one showed up and now I am past boiling. I went back in and after a very passive aggressive exchange with the man who was previously on the phone, he directed me to the product that I bought and I loaded it myself.
I will never be back. Which is a shame because I live very close and they seem to have an excellent selection. But to be treated like the invisible man was just too excruciating. I hate the feeling that I don’t have the special member badge and can’t be allowed in the fort. Very triggering.
And then once I explained some of my frustrations to the fellow, he looked pretty upset and not remotely close to acknowledging my frustration or the time I wasted in his store.
I hope you all fare better.

I stopped by last weekend to purchase a line trimmer and had a great experience overall. When you walk in, it feels like a small mom-​and-​pop store… not too big at first until you follow one of their staff into their back showroom… The floor and walls are literally packed with all kinds of units! Harold was very knowledgeable with the specs and eventually, I ended up buying a STIHL, not to mention, he gave me a killer deal on it… Love to support the local business so keep it up guys!

I came here to get my family a new blower, since the old one was getting too smoky. They have a lot of equipment here, and it’s the cheapest I’ve seen for my new gas blower. I forgot the name of the guy who helped me but he was really friendly and ready to answer my questions.

Wanted info on a mower I was looking for. I called and got some lady with broken English in too much of a hurry telling me that the product i was looking for didn’t exist! I don’t have time for that kind of crap so I just had to hang up and move on to another place! I have no reason to ever try this place again!

Never again! I have taken my equipment in over the years, but never again. They set the oil fill cap on the engine without screwing it in! Instead of starting the engine at the store, they just handed it over to me. It spewed oil all over my driveway. It doesn’t run as well as it should, after a $ 100 repair. I emailed Johnny, the owner, and he has ignored me, completely. I have spoken to two landscape contractors who both say to avoid this place. The quality of their service has really gone downhill.

THE BEST. Harold was SO amazingly helpful with our pole hedge trimmer purchase, happily going thru the pros & cons of the 3 different models they carry, showing me how to start it, hold it, care for it, the whole 9 — even threw in a tank of gas/​oil mixture AND explained the whole gas/​oil mixing thing which I had NEVER heard b4; really, really helpful & a better price than I could’ve possibly expected having spent an hour + calling around; well worth it & we’ll be back 2 buy mulch, etc because their prices on that kinda thing is way competitive, too. Ignore «Kenneth S.” – an anomaly if @ all true.

I got my pruners and hedge shears sharpened there this summer, very reasonably. It’s a great place, friendly help, lots and lots of items to help gardeners. I highly recommend LMC. Pull into the property to park.

Both times I brought my machines here, the job is only half done when I pick it up, even though they say it’s all done. So have to wait or come back when it is ready the way it should have been. They just don’t seem to care if things are done right. Very half-​assed. They do a good business but must be on new sales and gardening supplies. Find somewhere else that cares about doing things right.

So far, I’m pretty happy with LawnMower Corner. They picked my lawn mower up this summer for service and promised to deliver it within a day or two but forgot, lol. No big deal though, as they are SUPER busy over there (or maybe a bit disorganized? or maybe they’re just that great that everyone in the lawn mowing business goes to them?). I showed up to pay my bill and it was a mad house but the staff was pleasant. Anyway, so I called the owner a few times and eventually he got my lawn mower returned to me and it’s been working perfectly ever since. The pricing was more than fair in my opinion for the lawn mower, but I got quotes on my edger and weed wacker about a week ago that were the same and a little more expensive than the lawn mower, which is a bit puzzling. I will update this review if I decide to take one or both of them in for service.

I can’t believe I’m about to say this, but this place is better then Home Depot for landscaping needs. Whew, that wasn’t as bad as I expected. Seriously though, I went in for a new lawn mower and ended up getting a motor less push mower. It was $ 150 roughly and can last forever and a day. Plus you never have to worry about not having gas on hand when it’s time to mow the lawn.
While I was there, I asked about the cost and application of grass seeds because my lawn is I’m bad shape… Landlord was supposed to have a landscape company maintain it for the past two years but never did so now I have lots of weeds and no grass lol. I was told about the drought resistant grass seeds and basically quoted half of what it would cost going through the depot. That’s including overseeding so that I can skip the tilling process.
I didn’t spend much time looking down the isles, but just a glimps was enough to see that had you covered and at a good price!

Called to ask if they had a particular model trimmer in stock. The person who answered the phone said, «hold on, I’ll check,» and I spent the next ten minutes listening to her chatter to various people in the background. I finally hung up. I called another retailer a little farther away from home, and they answered my simple question right away. For a small shop, Lawn Mower Corner shouldn’t be stranding people on hold with a simple question the way, say, a big box home improvement store would…

Brought my generator in for repair they turn it around in 24 hours. At a fair price!
