Toward the end of 2014, I wanted an indoor ramp built because I was going to have surgery and would need to use a wheelchair to get from one section of the house, which is two steps higher to the other. John produced the ramp quite promptly, but when I got the wheelchair the week of surgery, to my chagrin, the gradient was too steep and the ramp’s surface– wood – did not supply enough traction to the chair wheels. I called the company and they said John was busy constructing a deck elsewhere but that he would get back to me, which apparently didn’t happen. So just in this area of designing indoor ramps – I can’t speak for others – I would be cautious about acquiring the company’s services as it seems the carpenter didn’t know enough about the differential height in relation to the length of the ramp. I would add that the ramp as designed poses a significant potential hazard of rollback.

We decided to give them a try and was disappointed. We hired a painter, but he spent more time«picking someone up» than he did painting or going to a supply store, which is just down the street, but he would not return for at least 2 hours. He would leave without giving his assistant any directions. I had trouble communicating with him because he did not speak english, which meant some things had to be redone. But the company was good about settling our issue. We did not have to pay him.

Had quick need of basic exhaust venting replacement on my clothes dryer. Repairman was there in very short time, and the repair was done quickly – all within two hours or less of my initial call, which also included repairman having to go get new parts. Dispatcher/owner, John, and repair person named Alfred were professional and courteous.
