i contacted this so-called business for assistance. i asked for help on setting up my modem with a gaming system. the guy hung up on me twice, and when i called back to find out why he rudely hung up on me, his response(in a heavy accent) was«eff-u mother effer». i cannot believe in this day and age, when customer service should be at a premium, that this guy would have the audacity to say something like this to a perspective customer. STAYAWAYFROMTHISBUSINESSATALLCOSTS. THEWORSTOFTHEWORST. If ZERO stars were allowed, they would get ZERO.
