Started thee 15 session/meal program with Aaron back in April. right off thee bat seen a tremendous difference not only physically but also my mind/attitude. As of now my energy level throughout my daily routine has enhanced greatly. My body feels awesome! Would highly recommend to anybody that has had a hard time working out on their own like myself. and wants to change their life. Let me add it is very easy to get addicted to Aaron’s formula as he is a master of his art. You will get nothing but positive vibes. motivation and an all around great trainer. I train with Aaron. He’s really good at motivating and helps you push your limits. I’m only three weeks into the 12 week program but friends and family are already commenting on how much weight I’ve lost. The diet is easy and calls for ingredients that you can get at your local supermarket. The workouts are great. I hated working out but I really look forward to what new routine he’s going to have for me. It never gets boring.

I did the 12 week program and I gotta say the results were amazing. Not only did I lose weight and gain a ton of muscle and definition but my stamina was increased greatly. the diet was really good and easy to follow and the workouts where fun and not so conventional. the results were great. Aaron really pushes you to be the best that you can be and a chieve the results that you want. I started at 220, right now I’m at 192 and I haven’t even finished the program yet. anyone who is apprehensive about trying a program like this should try training with Aaron they will be amazed at the results that they get and what they’re capable of.

Did the 12 week program and didn’t just lose weight but gained strength, endurance and confidence. Went from being winded by a couple stairs to running a mile under 9 minutes. Highly recommended. Was able to get the best help with eating and exercise so it’s not just last 12 weeks, but a lifetime.
