This is the best night club in Pasadena. All three levels were open this past Saturday the vive was great! Drinks were ½ price till 10 pm. The DJ mixed music videos with regular jams which I thought was cool, around 11pm they open the second floor which gets packed, the DJ is awesome! Go-Go’s are Hot! The lazer lights are amazing. Most VIP booths on the second floor were taken with bottle service, so if you want to sit down you need to a buy a bottle or find an open table early. I like the fact that they are strict with who they allow into the club. Also like their instagram @Club54pasadena. I highly recommend this fun club, we had a great time! & will be back again & again!

5 stars for our bartender Wendy :) she was the sweetest and really helpful. She recommended us really good drinks and took care of us. Thanks again! She really made our experience more enjoyable.

The club is decent however not everyone likes house music. They have three levels it’ll be smart to have house music on one, Latin music on the other and hip hop on the next floor. This is why people go to Vegas because they have these levels of music not everyone likes all music. The Dj upstairs is amazing the Dj as soon as you enter is wack

I came here for the first time recently because a close friend of mine is leaving his work place for a new job and decided to have a fun get together to say goodbye to his old coworkers. I arrived around 11pm on a Friday night, the place was already popping. I see tons of people inside and the line is still getting longer. I realized there was a cover charge, $ 10 for women, and $ 20 for men. I think there’s three levels here but I only went to the ground floor and upstairs. The music on the ground floor is hip-hop. It was pretty fun, but there was a really elderly man harassing people around him trying to dance with them… but I guess if an old man is still willing to get down at 60+ years old… then good for him? It just sucks cause it makes the other customers uncomfortable. The upstairs had more hip-hop mixed with EDM and I think more people liked that because the dance floor was more crowded than the downstairs one. There are stripper poles but you’re not allowed to dance on them or else you’ll get in trouble… why are they there then?! I liked that they had go-go dancers, they were hot and danced really well. There’s also a restroom attendant that’s really nice. My biggest con was the inconsistency with the drinks. I ordered one vodka red bull and one screwdriver downstairs and the bartender watered it down so much I couldn’t even tell what I was drinking. However, when I went upstairs, the bartender there was able to make me a decent screwdriver. But, I still wouldn’t say the drinks are strong. The price per drink is around $ 11 – 13 for a mixed drink. A little pricey, but that’s how these places make money I guess. I think a fight almost broke out, but the security people quickly resolved it before it turned into a serious altercation, explaining why I barely noticed anything was wrong. The crowd was nice and the staff was friendly. I thought the bouncer at the door was funny, because he was staring at my friends ID for a really long time because he was skeptical that it was really her since she had a different hair color from the one in her photo. Overall my experience here was ok, I had a good time with my friends, so I wouldn’t mind coming back.

My cousin and I were visiting from the bay area. We googled places with nightlife and Club 54 was one of our options. We decided to hang out for an hour and then we’d leave and check out another spot. We ended up staying until they closed! We had such a great time! We loved every song that was played. It felt like the DJ was playing from our own playlist. I was having so much fun that I didn’t realize that I lost my glasses! The staff was so sweet and started helping me look around for them. The club had already closed so the manager Alex Ramirez gave me his card and assured me that the staff would continue to look for my glasses. The next day I get a call that they found them! I am so greatful for the service and time everyone took to find my glasses! This is now my go-to spot whenever I’m in Pasadena!

I love this place! It’s always packed but the music is good! Mostly Hip Hop and some Techno. Keep in mind there is usually a 10 $ COVERCHARGE

If you’re in your early twenties and you love current hip-hop, traps and edms, i would NOT recommend you this place. I kinda got bored because there were alot of middle-aged people than us. Prolly because it has a better bar. But the staffs were awesome.

Friday night and it was dead. Bartender mixed awful drinks. The people there were fun and interesting to chat with but that was it. Stayed for one drink and left. Oh yeah — they charged me more than I authorized. Watch your bill!

I went there with a friend and we danced until 1 am. Is a nice place with two floors. Have a short line in the entrance and inside was a little bit crowded, but ok. The floor was dirty, but the playlist were good and most employees were ok.

Pros: great staff, cheap cover($ 10), 3 floors(the basement was smaller and cozier), decent djs, short line before 11pm Cons: some older crowd, older music arrangement(if you’re into that, then this wouldn’t be a con for you), super crowded after 11:30pm with limited space to dance Overall one of the best in Pasadena! Highly recommended by me for a local Saturday night hangout/dancing place with your girls/boys

I went here on a Thursday night for a girl’s birthday and it was not turnt up. Other floors were closed down because it wasn’t packed enough. It’s probably a matter of preference because the girl who celebrated her birthday really likes this place but I don’t. Layout of the 1st floor was like one long room with a dancefloor at the end. The place seemed like a bar that’s a wannabe club. There’s tables opposite the bar but I can’t imagine anyone who’d want to get table service here. Music that night was hip hop from the last decade — old stuff and new stuff. Drunk arab guy tried flirting with me and my friend, ended up spilling some of his drink on me. Please, hold your liquor. My friend wanted to include in the review — «Ok may I include How the bartenders try to lure ppl to come buy a drink. I mean com’on! How anxious is this place with paying their bills on time?» True story. Most bartenders chill at their spot at the bar but this bartender acted like a salesman trying to get us to buy a drink. The place isn’t bad. It’d probably be better on another night. It’s just not my scene.

I’ve been coming here since it was Ménage. The place is now club 54 and under ownership it seems like. I am a resident of Pasadena so whenever I want to avoid the headache of Hollywood pretentious drama I come to this place for a drama free good time with my friends. My favorite bartender there is Ryan who works on the main floor’s bar. He’s quite handsome you can’t miss him. He makes the strongest Moscow mule around! The crowd is always diverse, and I enjoy that but my favorite part is the music. High energy keeps me on my feet all night! Sometimes there is a long line, but if you get there early enough the line can be avoided.

We went to Club 54 Lounge for my fiancé’s birthday on a Saturday and had a great experience there! I used the website’s «Contact Us» page to coordinate two bottles/tables and a guest list(free entry before 10:30) of 30 people for the night and was able to get all the answers that I needed in an extremely timely manner. I believe it is the manager or owner that responds(Alex) because the bouncer in the front acted like I was asking for one of his God’s when I asked for Alex in the front. He was the absolute WORST part of our experience there — sir please just check the ID’s and Secure/Bounce when you need … you don’t decide who gets to TALK to who.(I was told by Alex to ask for him, but the tall older bouncer in the front with the fedora acted like that wasn’t a possibility for over 5 minutes.) When Alex came out he was very friendly and accommodating. He immediately took us upstairs where we could pick our tables. He advised us that the dance floor gets extremely busy so we might want to choose tables further back… so we decided on the adjoining ones near the back staircase. In the meantime, there were some issues with entry downstairs and Alex & his«Arabic» partner(I asked his nationality) with the great eyebrows(I love water and I love eyebrows!), went above and beyond what they promised to make sure everyone got in. We really really appreciated having that personalized service and having everyone in for the birthday! The upstairs filled up pretty quickly and we were glad we were off the dance floor where we could move around and talk. When we were on the dance floor we were happy they played primarily new rap/hood/party songs and we all definitely made use of those stripper poles!(I mean what else is one to do when Too Short — Shake that Monkey comes on??) The only problems that we had, had to do with the actual wood/dance FLOOR being wet(spilled beverages) and therefore being extremely slippery/dangerous. I had a walking boot on my broken leg & thought it was only me, but a few other guys independently complained of the same. They should try to dry it, if not for anything but to protect themselves. Also, the bottle service didnt come with a water pitcher which is super important to accompany 2 Liters of Vodka! All in all everyone had a great time! Thanks Alex and Club 54 Lounge for a great night! :)

My friend and I got in for free! So if you’re a female hottie, you might get lucky! The bartenders were super friendly and cute! The only think I didn’t like was how EXPENSIVE the drinks were. $ 10 for a shot, $ 9 for a screwdriver, $ 11 for a fancy mixed drink. The crowd was awesome. The Staff was great. The downstairs dance floor is kinda small, but at 1130pm they open the upstairs dance floor. I’ll defiantly come back! I had a great time(: P. s. There’s a smoking patio out in the back. And a pizza place right next door open til 2am

The best part about this club are the hot female dancers that appear behind glass at the back upper portion first floor. However, that spectacle does not last very long. We went to two of the dance floors although it seems like that this club actually has three floors. On a Friday night, they were playing techno music on the first floor and hip hop on the second floor. I like that there many floors to roam around without feeling claustrophobic. The crowd mainly consisted of people in their 20’s with a very mixed crowd. We didn’t get charged to go into the club, but if you really want to come here, hit up the promoters outside the bar so they get you in for free. I just looked at their website as well. Good luck finding girls that actually look like that besides the dancers.

How to get in for free? In the corner or front area, theres some guys that promote this place. You shall walk around them then they will offer you to go in for free. Later, you just wait in line and they will tell the person to let you and your group in for free. This place has 3 floors: Top floor: trance music Ground floor: hip hop music Underground: latinos music No dress code place! I saw people walking around with sandals! Also, plenty of geeks: standing on the wall with big glasses and checking phone(?) Plenty of seating booths to sit without bottle service. Place is a bit cluttered with empty vases and trash between booths. Poles at top floor. There was one huge black guy tried to do pole dance but security came in and told him to stop. Poor him because he danced quite well and sexy! I guess they worried he will brought down the whole roof top if one of pole is missing by his raunchy act(?) Mixed of whites, blacks and latinos, very few Asians. Security guy seemed enjoying himself by joining the crowd in the dance floor.
