I can’t imagine a friendly, more competent doctor and staff than Dr. Ping and his reception team. They have lots of scheduling flexibility (chiropractor joke), never leave you waiting, and try to work with people whose insurance doesn’t cover spine explosions. Even the setting is relaxing! Check out the koi pond with plenty of still-​alive fish!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ping for 18 years even though there are several other chiropractors more conveniently located for me and Dr. Ping is not covered by my HMO insurance (he’s «out of plan» so I pay for him out of pocket even though I could get chiropractic care from my HMO-​approved chiropractors for less out of pocket costs). I’ve tried 6 different doctors in the area but have stayed with Dr. Ping all these years.
He doesn’t try to push new age or holistic therapies but is fluent in those practices if the patient is interested in them.
He performs an effective adjustment. He doesn’t make me change into a gown (I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for over 42 years. If a chiropractor can’t give me a adjustment with my clothes on, he’s not getting my business.)
His treatment rooms are private. No big room with a bunch of treatment tables connected by curtains so everyone else can hear what’s happening.
I can generally get a same day appointment as long as I’m relatively flexible in the time.
He has reasonable office hours.
His rates are reasonable, and he tries to keep them constant over a calendar year (so when I’m signing up for my health care spending account I can reasonably estimate my costs for the future year without having to worry about surprise increases in the costs).

I LOVE Dr. Ping! He is kind, informative and an all around great guy. He makes you feel comfortable and informed about what’s happening with your body. Come one come all!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ping for 20 years — my late father was a chiropractor in Michigan and gave me the recommendation. I’ve never regretted it– he is the best chiropractor I know, and I refer everyone to him! On top of being an excellent chiropractor, he’s a really nice man, too, and easy to talk with.

I was in extreme pain and was basically unable to turn my head. I knew it was time to face my fear and go and consult a chiropractor. My one and only previous experience with a chiropractor years ago was that of sheer terror. I did believe he was going to rip my head off. Dr Ping is exceptional. He explained that the previous «adjustment» I had undergone was dangerous and long outdated. I immediately felt comfortable in his prescence and trusted his many years of experience and holistic approach to healing and wellness. He took the time to explain everything with patience and clarity. I had several misaligned discs in my neck and mid back region. He went to work and began the healing process. I had to do my part and ice areas as directed. Within a few visited I was feeling like a new person. Much greater mobility and no pain! Dr Ping is truly one of the nicest kindest good natured people you could ever meet. A delightful man who genuinely cares for his patient’s over all wellbeing. I have already started telling everyone about him. His fees are very very reasonable. I was actually shocked at how low he keeps his fees, when most health care providers are raising them. I really look forward to my visits and getting my spine corrected. It’s so important for overall health. Another impressive factor is the pleasant professional and efficient office ladies. My first impression when I made my original appointment was excellent. warm, friendly and generally comforting. Anyway to sum it up Dr. Ping is my favorite health care provider because he truly cares and has changed my life through spinal adjustments and a very positive healing energy. Dr. Ping is very pleasant and skilled at what he does. I had severe tendinitis on my ankle and also lower back pain. After doing treatments with him the pain and soreness is managed to just occasional annoyance. Also he’s very flexible on scheduling. There have been times where I had to cancel or change schedule last minute and they have been really accommodating. I will try to continue to come here unless Dr. Ping leaves.
