Just got back from Bliss and was honored to have a waitress named Stephanie. She was pretty awesome and provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had.

Great vibe and place for Hookah! We haven’t tried a flavor on their menu and they told us that we can try it and if we don’t like it they were willing to change it for free!

I would give Bliss a higher rating if it weren’t for their service/​atmosphere. Every time I go the waiters seem tired or disinterested, and the whole place feels kind of lazy. This is not a place to come if you are in a hurry, as service is always slow.
However. The food is excellent. The chicken kabob combo is a must-​try, as is my personal favorite, the chicken caesar wrap. Bliss is able to make something as everyday as a chicken caesar wrap flavorful and unique with their seasoning. The biggest reason for the slow service is that they are busy perfectly preparing the meats that go into their dishes, and the chicken in the caesar wrap is no exception!
As long as you don’t mind the occasional smell of hookah smoke and a long wait without AC, the food is very good. If you’re looking for friendlier, faster service and a more composed restaurant atmosphere, I would try Deluxe Café next door, which has exceptionally similar food.

The hookah was nice! The service was great! However I’m not a fan of tips that are forced! An 18% percent tip was automatically added to my bill. Sorry I’m not a cheapskate but that’s not cool. It’s my business to tip or not. Chances were if the tip was not automatically added my server would have gotten MORE! The manager should adjust that. It’s not even the normal 15%!! Not cool. Would I return? Maybe.

Soooo cute place but they make you buy one drink per person while you hookah. There were little kids sitting here & the guy said they were kids of a «regular» but we felt so bad blowing smoke w little kids breathing it!
Hookah was too strong & we asked the lazy guy to help & he tried it & said nah it’s fine it’s just the flavor. The guy was looking at pics of girls on his phone (ew!) and flirting w girls at another table. So not very satisfied. Not a cheap place either. Wouldn’t come back. Bitchass.

Bliss is my to-​go-​place for hookah and refreshments since they first opened for business. Yes, I’m a regular!
I highly recommend Bliss for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a good hookah. Staff is very friendly and attentive to their customers. Must see to appreciate!

This hookah place is very nice place, great customer service, food is delicious and overall a very nice place to hang out. I recommend the chicken kabob plate, very tasty.

It’s a great place to just chill and hang with frnds, super cute place and i like the environment a lot, especially at night! People there are really friendly and nice! I didn’t like the coffee tho, but I’ll definitely come back, and maybe ill try different drinks!

This place is definitely Pasadenas premier hookah bar. Isis, down the street, is a pretty pale comparison and zephyrs doesn’t have as great a menu, flavor selection, and overall the prices are decent enough. Even better employees. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with customer service in hookah bars.

Very disappointed that their fumari is out of stock! Been here in 2 different months and always out of fumari!!!

Waiter was very accommodating but a little slow. Greek salad was awesome and also substantial. My sister is vegetarian and they were very understanding and split up dishes. Their new cook forgot to put hummus in my sister’s vegetarian wrap making it a wrap around just veggies… kinda silly to have to fix something like that.

This place fuckin blows. Dont come here after 12pm because they will skimp you out on hookah. After smoking the hookah for 10 minutes i realized the hookah was garbarge and wanted to cancel it but they said since i smoked it. I have to pay for it. Please stay away.

Wow. This place is something else. I walked up to the counter to find out if i should order there or just seat myself. The girl instructed me to just seat myself. I have been sitting here for 15 minutes. The chick behind the counter has since come out to the front patio to sit with her friends for 5 minutes then checks in on some other friends. Wow. Im either going to order at front or turn the tables upside down to see if i can get some attention.
The chick just took my order. I was going to order a vege combo plate but now i want to leave.
So i decided to at least try some of their food. I got the vege grape leaves. Nothing special but not horrible. I do not know if it’s customary to eat those with your hands. The waitress gave me the wrong drink and no utensils. This chick is useless. I decided to give this place two stars because there was another waitress that popped in to see if i had been helped. She is the thinner of the two and had jet black hair. Service is horendous.
Atmosphere is really cool because of the open patio front. The blissery yogurt shop two doors down is owned by the same owner. Everytime i go there i get perfect customer service. There is always someone working there who has a smile and can hold a conversation.

I came here yesterday night and I am writing this review as I sit here in this very chill environment smoking hookah. I got a bit tired of hookah lounges with really loud music so I decided to come here. The staff is friendly and they are always attentive to the customers needs. They also sell food, smoothies, and coffee. I had a caramel frap which tasted pretty good. I look forward to coming back here to enjoy a nice relaxing sit-​down with friends.

Very regular, and if it wasn’t for my friends I would have been bored to hell. I am not a smoker so chilling and smoking hookah is not my thing, which is what all costumes do at this place.
They don’t have a dessert menu, their coffee tastes like instant coffee and it is too tiny and too loud for a café!
Their staff are friendly though, I will give them that. But unfortunately is not something that would get me to come back to this place.
I would suggest to extend their menu, have a dessert menu and not make their only focus is for hookahs. It is a café and they should think of the non-​smokers as well!

I’ve been here a couple of times, and love it every time!
The food portions are a bit small, but they’re still delicious!
I always get a mint hookah, with the sampler appetizer, because you get all that you’re craving for.
Hookah is always an amazing pack. There’s one packer who does an outstanding job, and will have your hookah «hit clouds.»
Definitely recommended if you’re in the Pasadena area.
