Yes, I just walked in on a Friday afternoon and they were busy… I get that! But I walked in to a quiet yet busy shop, by myself with no one else around me, while everyone else was sitting and they literally didn’t acknowledge me for a minute until I said «helloooo?» What is up with customer service nowadays? You don’t even get acknowledged when you walk into a small shop like this? They seemed so annoyed to see me there… needless to say I walked back out!

Service was okay, staff keep talking continuously internally in the asian language without being considerate.
Very rude owner, she doesn’t understand English well and doesn’t care to answer customers’ questions.
Not going back again

I love this place! I’ve been going here for over a year, consistently. The staff is always nice and it’s always clean. The price is fair and they do good work! I used to go to TK and they were too full one day on a walk in so I came here and have been coming here ever sense.

Well. This is the closest nail salon to my house, I typically come here out of convenience. The owner will not answer my phone call so I can make an appointment. I’ve mentioned it before and she says my area code looks like a telemarketer so she ignores it. It’s so frustrating because walking in I always have to wait. It’s also extremely hot and uncomfortable. Manicures and pedicures are average quality, nothing to rave about. I probably won’t be coming back, it’s no longer convenient.

My first time here and I am so pleased! Had a mani./pedi. with Mimi and Valery (I hope I got their names right.) Great service, good prices, friendly people. I’ll be back!

They are very disrespectful and don’t care about there clients. I went in to get my nails done and the lady left my nails chipped! Never going here again

I have been going to this place for awhile now and so has my mom. I use to think this was a nice place but after how my mom got treated hell naw I won’t be going back!!! My mom went in to get her nails done and she ask the lady if they could also just clip her toe nails? The lady said yes and that’s when she became rude. My mom couldn’t untie her shoes since her nails were still wet so she aske the lady could you untie my shoes and the lady got mad. The lady picked up my moms right and my mom said please be careful, this is my bad foot. I have gout and the lady said i don’t know what that is and the lady was rough anyways. Then when the lady clip my moms toes she made her bleed, which obviously there was no need for that. When finally the lady was all done, my mom asked her can you put my socks and shoes back on? The lady put them very rough and she didn’t even tie her shoes, so my mom walked very carefully back her just so she wouldn’t fall and break anything. Obviously we will never
go back there again!!!

This place was not good. They did not do a good job of my manicure and overall it wasn’t a great atmosphere. My nails chipped pretty quick. I doubt I’ll ever come back with so many options for nail salons. Average price, I paid about $ 13 plus tip.

Professional at a great price. Best of all, always warm and friendly service.

Apparently this place is listed twice (see my last review of Beauty Nails with an s & Facial). It is really perfect-​o! The prices are great and best of all, no constant up-​selling on callous remover, decorations and gel polish. If I wanted that, I would ask, so, thank you Lana & company! Very professional and always available in a time crunch.
