Great BBQ. Had the brisket and chicken with baked beans and slaw. Chicken was to die for and the brisket was excellent. If you are in Parsons this is a great stop for lunch.

Friendly staff welcomed us right in. Food was hot and very tasty. Ribs fell off the bone — sausage good too.

The Best BBQ in Town! I was thoroughly impressed by their wide variety of delicious smoked meats and all of the amazing side dishes that you come to expect at a Barbecue Restaurant! The absolute best thing about this place was the All-You-Can-Eat Barbecue Buffet for only $ 10.99, it’s a price that just can’t be beaten for the amount of incredible BBQ! It’s definitely worth stopping at this place!

Good Food! My husband and I really liked this restaurant. The smoke and rub on the ribs were a pleasant surprise, not like the sloppy big city type. We also tried the turkey, pulled pork and brisket. All had a nice smoke taste. This restaurant was clean, family oriented with lots of small town hospitality.

Beyond our expectations! We drive around Parsons a few times each Summer. Growing tired of the normal fast food options, we chose a different route and it was excellent! We both had the smoked chicken and it was outstanding! Believe me you won’t be disappointed. The service was also polite and always asking if you’d like a refill. Restrooms and restaurant were very clean, a big plus in anyone’s book!

My son and I wanted to get some barbecue before leaving Kansas. We found The Hickory Hole on the Urbanspoon. I had a rack of ribs and my son had a combo plate. The ribs were jump off the bone tender and very tasty! The owner’s were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. We recommend that if you are going through this part of Kansas to stop in and give them a try. We’re sure you’ll agree that the food is fantastic and the prices are quit reasonable too!
