I took my father to see him specifically because my father does not speak/​understand English well. Dr Lau is fluent in Manadarin, Cantonese, and English.
He is honest and ‘straight shooter’ I never felt pressured or upsold when he told my father that he needed a root canal and a crown. He was able to offer a better and cheaper option of the metal version since my father is not as vain as I am. And he didn’t charge us for the x-​ray/​examination.
He is open on Saturdays which is awesome.
