Not sure why this McD does not have cups for drinking water. You have to purchase bottled water.

We used to prefer this McDonald’s to the rest. I picked up a shake last night that was rotten. My boyfriend ended up vomiting quite a bit afterwards. The phone number you get when you Google it is a 212 area and out of service. The one on the McDonald’s page went unanswered and the voice-mail did not identify it as being McDonald’s. I filled out the contact form on the McDonald’s site and the area manager — for Hudson county? — called me once in the morning when I specified evening on the form. She then wrote me an email saying she had made several attempts. I don’t know, I don’t like the situation with the phone numbers, the claim of several attempts, and the fact that the area manager holds the title of Hudson County manager when we’re smack in the middle of Morris.

Cashiers are always busy chatting. No customer service. Management needs to pull up and get some customer service skills in there employee training.

Terrible customer service experience. The manager short guy never smiles or say hi or how are you to any customers. If you ask any questions you feel guilty Because he has to answer. I will never go back to the store again. No wonder mcdonald is losing customers not only because of food but hiring incompetent managers.

ordered crispy chicken sandwich but when I got back to the office and opened my box of sandwich, I only found lettuce and tomato in it. NOCHICKEN! had to drive back to get my crispy chicken! FAIL

Great location considering the strip mall… Midsize McDonalds… service was pretty quick… tried the Shamrock Shake few months ago… was delicious!
