Nail Boutique

They do decent nails BUT they are extremely unprofessional. They gossip, eat while doing nails, curse, talk about getting drunk and all types of things. And my nail tech kept stopping to text! That is so disrespectful to waste my time like that to check your phone. They need to get it together and need to stop charging extra for using a card. This is 2015 not 2005. Annoyed.

First, I had been going here for almost 3 years and recently stopped because it seems like every time I go there’s some silly charge they’re tacking on to my bill. You can no longer get a basic toe polish, it has to be a $ 20 pedicure due to «new state policy and regulations». HA GET OUT. Yet every other nail salon has no problem doing it, so it’s obviously their way to get money.
Second, it’s the most unprofessional atmosphere you’ll ever go to. They are constantly on their phones, yelling, and making inappropriate remarks. I’ve heard multiple nail techs on the phone paying bills or dealing with other personal business WHILE working on a customer. Vulgar language and even in front of kids. Speaking of kids… there’s always a million running around.
Lastly… They make you take off your own nail polish if they’re running late you’re just sitting there. Pay for service, but take off your own nail polish? Definitely won’t be coming back. Remodeled or not, they need to get it together.

It was a clean, fun salon but lately its been going downhill slowly. Nail Boutique is starting to nickel-​and-​dime for all possible services. Recently they added an additional $ 1.50 service fee if you use credit/​debit. It would have been nice to be made aware of this before my recent appointment was scheduled/​completed even if it was a notice on their Facebook page. The techs used to be able to do a toe polish to match the nails for a few extra bucks. Now they make you get a $ 20.00 pedicure to have toe polish. Not cool. The nail polishes are old and not presented in an orderly fashion to make picking a color easy– instead, you have to dig through boxes of polishes. Get your act together Nail Boutique!!!

Two weeks later and most of my nails have broken, painfully, below the nail bed due to the completely incompetence of the nail tech.
My pinky nail is on its way to breaking and when it does it will hurt… a lot.
I am stunned at this level of amateurism in what is supposed to be a top rated salon. My opinion is that the owner needs to either make sure her people are well-​trained or get rid of them before they completely ruin her reputation.
There is no excuse for this. It will be at least another month for my nails to grow as long as they were when I went into the salon. They may have well just cut them all off when I walked in — I would be in the exact same situation.

I go to Janilda & she does awesome nail art. Very professional & try to meet expectations every time. I highly recommend them. Full set is $ 40. Art & jewels can be like another $ 5. Worth it. Art last 2 – 3 weeks & acrylics lasted beyond 3 wks.

I don’t understand why all these girls are complaining. This is the best salon I know of and its my #1 choice to go to. Yea they may take a little longer but my nails always come out looking sharp and on point. My nail art is always so cute. For the people that say they aren’t professional stop being so stuck up these women are so friendly and down to earth they make you feel like your talking to one of your girlfriends. When I come here I feel like I’m chilling with my girls not at some salon that feels all corporate owned!!! Yea the ventilation may suck but in my opinion I don’t even care because of how well my nails come out. Also my nails don’t chip or break or even lose any diamonds for 4 weeks!!! I have never seen a salons nails last so long!!!

I love Nail Boutique!!! The ladies are always nice and very professional! They actually talk to you and get to know you on a personal level which I have never experienced in another salon. I am always happy with my nails I have never had an issue… I can go a whole month without a fill! I would defiantly recommend Nail Boutique to anyone that wants to get there nails done! And the pedis are awesome 2! They are very flexible and do whatever they can to fit you in and make your experience great!!!

This was my first time going to a nail salon so I was quite uninformed as to what the experience should be like. Beside the horrible ventilation and the constant gossiping of the techs (she would regularly stop working on me just to carry on a conversation with a coworker), I’m most dissatisfied with the ultimate result of the work. I didn’t know this until I went to another salon 2 weeks later for free hair and nails for a photoshoot (lucky me!). Their nail tech took one look at my acrylics and grimaced, pointing out everything that was done poorly. I felt awful because of the $ 55 I blew for apparently sub-​par work.
