I had Keith out for a second opinion for a furnace replacement. The first company informed me the repairs that my 20+ year old machine exceeded the value and it should be replaced, me not knowing too much about it didn’t really like the person that was over and he seemed a bit rude. So I looked in the local gold clipper and the blue and white logo caught my eye because I’m a penn state graduate. Keith stopped over after 7 pm on a Friday and confirmed what the previous company diagnosed and in a polite manner informed me what a furnace for my home should do and how it operates, from there we discussed how all brands are similar and the pros and cons of more efficient models, his presentation was outstanding, brochures, pamphlets, and warranty is the most important he stressed. As he outlined what needed to be done he had me sold at the hello with a smile. Not only did he recommend Lennox which is everything he said it would be, quiet, efficient, and well rated product but he wanted to perform the work on a Saturday (the next day). We agreed on a price, no deposit made, just a hand shake and see you bright and early! At this point his price was higher than the previous company and I know why! Keith and his co worker arrived early, his co worker show me and my wife a blueprint for the work, explained the steps the replacement will need to be completed, and as I watched with amazement how the whole process began, I was astonished, how efficient these two worked together as team they were swift, clean, and like a perfect duo took out my old equipment, brought in the new, and step by step everything went together like a puzzle. The taller guy with glasses was so determined, so confident, so proud, all these qualities shows the true craftsman this company was about. This new Lennox Elite two stage furnace was so quiet you couldn’t tell it was on and running. The finished product looked like a brand new car, I definitely made the right choice, I got more than I paid for and I can’t wait to see the savings on my fuel bills. I can’t stress more about those two fellas, enthusiastic, polite, professional, and cleaned everything up, sweeping the floor, even waxed the furnace, the taller guy didn’t like finger prints on the new product, show room quality. These two fellas had a blast working together, joking, laughing, and smiling the whole time, these guys are just normal people working and having fun! I approve KandKheatingandcooling!
