I could write a book abot how bad my experience has been. I have used Guardian in 3 houses, the installers are amazing, but the sales people and the customer care is attrocious. I ordered cameras and was promised Sonys and High Def. but was delivered cheap Chinese garbage. I asked for this to be addressed and spent months chasing them. I have since used PowerAlarm and ADT and even as bad as ADT is, they are better than Guardian, do yourself a favor, look elsewhere!

Best of all the service has worked very well with no false alarms and glitches that our friends experienced with other services.
