The Pizza Joint

This is the second time I ordered from the Pizza Joint, I am happy with the food quality and price as well. First time I got a game deal, it was great. I order a 16 inch steak sub its like 2 subs and good stuffed with lots of steak. My next order will be here again.

We ordered mozzarella sticks which were cold, and the pizza didn’t have cheese on the whole thing. The only flavor on the pizza was the ton of oregano.

Got a Game day special, wings r tasty and good pizza too. Better than franchise pizza. Will order again.

the pizza is pretty good!. my only complaint was too garlicky. please take all the garlic out and you have a ⁵⁄₅ pizza! delivery was fast.

Ordered from here on a whim after I burnt my It’s Not Delivery, It’s DiGiorno. I should’ve just ate the burnt frozen pizza.

This place was great at one point. Now the pizza is really not good at all. It has no flavor except salt and the cheese is low quality. Please go back to your original recipes!

I’ve ordered carry out from here 4 or 5 times now, and I’ve yet to be disappointed. Pizza is really good, a little on the greasy side, but that’s how I like it. Have gotten a couple subs, and they are decent. Salads are huge, stuffed into a 8″ dia aluminum tray. No complaints about the customer service as I haven’t had any problems. I’ve tried a lot of places around the area, and the Pizza Joint is quickly becoming my go-​to.

This was my 2^nd time here and it was bad. The pizza was over cooked, salty and oily with burned/​hard crust. We really wanted some good pizza, so I suggested we try this spot again — horrible results. I was so disappointed & planned to take it back but hubby started on a slice. Starving at this point we decided to make do.
We also had the buffalo wings — they were… average. We didn’t even get the normal celery sticks. I don’t know it was a real Saturday evening disappointment. We won’t be returning. So mad about it!

Pizza is really good, one of the best in the area. It s a ny style pizza. I would most def go back.

This establishment has the absolute worst customer service ever. I ordered a pizza and they sent me a half eaten cold pizza. When I called to inquire, the manager laughed hysterically and went into a long drawn out explanation about how he mistakenly sent us his lunch and was wondering who he delivered it to in error. Meanwhile, we had a few hungry children waiting for their pizza while he thought it was funny. On another visit, the manager charged us $ 1 for plates with our pizza order. When I tried to inquire about WHY he would charge for plates considering we bought two pizzsd, he was belligerent and kept escalating all throughout the conversation. I tried to get a word in but he kept over talking me like a conversation bully! I asked his name and he told me he does not have to give me his name. He was absolutely nasty! I used to order from this restaurant when it was under the ownership of Pizza Polo. Not only was the food MUCH better, the customer service was a lot better with the previous owners. I will NOT be using them in the future! We will be using Dominick’s os Palmesanis. I feel no leader should over talk a customer and be so rude like these people! I am horrified! I have never been so verbally abused in my life! The sad thing is my last order was for a lady that was pregnant and as a courtesy, I offered to run inside and grab the pizza because she did not want to walk over in the cold. Bottom line, these new owners make excuses to justify why they’re so abusive! It’s sickening!!! I wish the previous owner was still at this location!

After trying nearly every pizza place in the area we just couldn’t find one with amazing pizza, that is until we stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. Looking to feed a family of 6 we ordered the two «16 for $ 13 and boy were we impressed. All thought of «why are they so cheap» left our minds once we tasted their pizza. It was the first time in a long time we really enjoyed pizza. Aside from the pizza we did order a side of mozzarella sticks and they didn’t disappoint. All in all, I think we found our new pizza joint.

The best place for pizza on Harford Road! The Rise and Shine Pizza was great! Pepperoni was solid, but I really wish any place in Parkville would use the small Pepperoni similar to Pizza Johns in Essex. We also tried the cheesesteak and Mozzarella sticks, which were also good.

Blink and you might miss it, and you will be sorry if you do. The Pizza Joint has the best pizza I’ve tasted in Maryland. Fresh ingredients, fast delivery and a really friendly staff. It’s a small shop open for pick-​up and delivery only. Wayyyyy better than any chain pizza place. Once the word gets out, I can see this place needing to expand.
