Customer service was horrible!!! They literally had a person who lost their voice taking orders at the drive thru. Like wtf?! Food was horrible. Took 20 minutes to get breakfast. And rude.

McDonald’s is pretty much McDonald’s everywhere in the food aspect, it’s the service that varies. This McDonald’s has horrible service, they have attitudes, constantly mess up your order, hold your food out the window, and catch attitudes when you ask for ketchup when there’s none in the bag. God forbid you have a coupon…

I visited this location a few times to simply get a cup of coffee. The customer service is HORRIBLE ! This includes the manager, who had a nasty response when inquired about their parking lot being a sheet of ice (which included the drive thru) !
Apparently, the owner just cares about taking customers’ money and not whether or not they break their neck, by trying to enter this ratchet infested location.
BTW, did research on some of the ingredients of chicken nuggets. Research it ! You will hopefully never feed yourself/​children that garbage again !

Good for the kids. They were glad to be out. They were having a chicken nugget fit. Kids happy, I’m happy and at a low cost. Great service in the drive thru and order was correct.
