Moved here from LA and after 2 ’”eh” experiences at other salons looked for new possibilities. I got a last minute cancellation on a Saturday (today) and was so happy with Maryanne –who did a great cut and perfect color (matching my roots and coloring with care) and the lovely Lolli who did a brilliant job taming my crazy, wild hair armed with a blow-​dryer and a wonderful, warm personality.
I am so happy I found this place through Groupon! Having a talented, professional and courteous staff (thanks Jemma!) is the perfect combination for a new go-​to salon for me!
Oh, and I absolutely loved the loft like space and great décor, spacious but cool and appreciated the staff not pushing products on me, up-​selling services or pressing me to review them while standing there in front of them at check out!

Tori rocks! I asked for an appointment for Saturday morning and she got me right in. I told her what I wanted and she worked her magic. Tori does beautiful work and knows exactly what she’s doing! She is so personable and super nice. Thank you tori! I’ll be back :)

Gemma — oh, Miss Gemma — what a pleasure it was to be with you all day!
I arrived at 9 am for my appointment with Gemma and was immediately seated, offered beverages, and then began the first part of my hair adventure.
I wanted a deep brown to purple ombré, so this took quite some time to accomplish… including a full haircut. Other than the lovely Gemma herself, the rest of the staff was equally as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone was SO nice and welcoming — I never felt as if I didn’t ‘belong’ at Chadwick Hair Company.
In the end, which took us close to 8 hours, I walked out with a gorgeous and flawless ombré that was worthy of tons of photos. :) I can’t recommend this place enough, but above all, it was Gemma that designed this lovely cut & color that I oh-​so-​adore!

First impression count. The hairdresser Carrie was awesome. Cut, conditioner, color and style. When I left the salon I felt so great & sexy. She did a great job!
