My wife and I went to meet some friends for breakfast last week. I ordered the breakfast platter, with a cup of fruit and an everything bagel. It was excellent. My favorite part was the bagel. The bagel had a certain amount of saltiness to the dough that reminded me of getting bagels in NYC. All week we were craving the bagels so we came back today and the food was excellent! Also, I saw somebody complain about the coffee. The coffee was great, but so many people are used to Starbucks which to me is bitter tasting. I had the hazelnut coffee and it was great! Happy customer that will continue to come back again and again.

I just moved to the area recently and have been here about 4 times. I only ate her twice though, because 2 of the 4 times I went, the toaster was broken. If you are craving a toasted bagel w a shmear, then a toaster is important. Its not like i went there 2 days in a row either and it was broken. We are talking a month+ apart, which sounds like they are being cheap w one of their most important assets. How do you run a business w the word Bagel in it, and then have your toaster broken on 2 different occasions?! Seems a little unacceptable to me. Also, they serve the food in a basket w a cheap piece of wax paper in there. My wifes paper shredded(it was thin and cheap), so eventually she was eating off of the dirty basket underneath. You know, the ones that never get washed really well! That kind of skeevs me out! The food is alright. Service is alright too. No real complaints there, but they could use some fine tuning.

Food was ok, but the place is horribly set up. You have to stand in the way of everyone when you’re waiting on a take out order because there is no designated pickup area away from the condiments and chairs. There is also nowhere to stand out of the way to read the menu because they placed it over the busiest part of the diner.

If I could give this place negative reviews I would. I don’t know what is worse the customer service or the horrible food. On numerous times we have placed orders from here and time and time again they continue to get our orders wrong. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to call them back so they can fix their mistakes. Once I asked for extra honey mustard and they gave us two small sauce containers. How in the world is that extra?! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to send back food. Everything there salad comes out wilted and disgusting. Once it was so bad I couldn’t even eat the salad I ordered. It looks like they just prepare all their food early in the morning so by the time you order during lunch the veggies and salad mix is soft and soggy and not fresh. I learned from my mistake so the next time I ordered chicken fingers. DISGUSTING! How do you even mess up chicken fingers. They looked like they had been cooked before, left there and then fried again. They were burnt and looked about two days old. Everytime I have ordered from their the food has been not fresh, old, and disgusting. The only reason people even go here is because it is the only deli for miles in each direction. DONOTWASTEYOURTIME. Jimmy Johns will serve you fresher food. The customer service is awful. The people who run it are rude and not helpful in the least. The delivery drivers and rude and incompetent. Do not waste your money or time to get disgusting food and bad service. They are EXTREMELYOVERPRICED for bad food. Their website does not work, nor does their business.

This place used be a favorite of ours! I don’t know if it’s new owners or not, but the place is not clean anymore !! Tables are always dirty too! Not one time but two times … my son had a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with HAIR in it!!! Totally gross! We should not have given the benefit of the doubt the second time! Time to find a new breakfast spot !!!

I really like this place. I’ve tried something different each time and have not been disappointed. Breakfast is solid. The French dip panini is very good. Nice selection of salads. Chunky chicken salad was great. Fast casual service style. Staff is very friendly. I’ll be back.

Excellent local spot! I work down the street and the people are so nice so friendly I stepped in for the first time today… ordered the dill cranberry tuna salad on pumpernickel bagel it was amazing!!! So fresh! I misunderstood the side salad that came with it and the very sweet lady with short hair made me a whole side salad even though it was my mistake! Just that alone will keep me coming back again and again! Nice to have you guys down the street!!!

First of all, the coffee is awful.($ 1.69 small) If a breakfast/lunch place fails at coffee… that pretty much sums it up. The service was surly, the food was served lukewarm and there was absolutely no atmosphere to speak of. It was like eating in a Target coffee shop. Except Target serves better coffee. The short stack pancakes($ 3.49) satisfied our little guy, but certainly would not satiate an adult appetite. The Parklander omelet($ 7.99) had so little cheese in it we questioned whether it came with cheese.(The nonchalant answer was«yeah») In any case, if you have to search for the cheese in an omelet, you’re in the wrong breakfast restaurant. The side of sausage($ 3.49) had a weird, funky smell and taste. It wasn’t spoiled, it was just the brand of sausage they serve. It was unpleasant, both in the Parklander omelet and as a side dish that someone in our group ordered. Bad sausage. Another red flag that you should be eating somewhere else. Sausage should be flavorful, not repugnant. The icing on this cake of mistakes was the bagel. It’s a BAGELSHOP. That should be priority #1 wouldn’t you think? The poppy seed bagel had so few poppy seeds it might as well been a plain bagel and the inside was gummy. Huge disappointment. Start with Bagel 101 and then find a grill guy who can construct a good omelet,(you can omit the dry, tasteless home fries as they do nothing but take up space on the plate) served by staff that doesn’t act like they’re doing you a favor by sliding the tepid food across your table. It will improve business, which, from what I saw on a Sunday morning, needs improving.

This review is for take out lunch — I did not try the bagels or breakfast which seems like I should from other reviews. I was feeling under the weather and really was needing some chicken soup and was literally driving by when I figured they must have some. They did! The counter service girls are excellent. They have a lunch special which is half a sandwich plus a cup of soup or salad. I had ½ pastrami with a chicken noodle soup to go. Plus it comes with one of their«sides» — potato salad, Cole slaw, cucumber dill salad, quinoa salad etc. I went with the cucumber dill. Also got a side order of potato pancakes for my hubby. The soup was good — wide curly egg noodles, big pieces of chicken, carrots, tasty broth that needed a little extra salt(no biggie). The pastrami was not great. It was greasy and salty like they sliced it from a cold cut and threw it on their flat top and put it on rye bread. The half sour pickle(which I happen to love and was so excited to see it) literally had no taste — it was crispy and bright green but no taste — it was weird. The cucumber salad was good. I tried one of my hubby’s potato pancakes and they were good. The restaurant itself is clean and shiny. They seem to have a lot of breakfast specials and deliver locally for a $ 10 minimum. I’ll try then again for a bagel sandwich or breakfast and update my review at that time.

Bagels are really good. Service is fast. Coffee is above average. Got 2 eggs breakfast, eggs were fine, wasn’t crazy about the home fries, not crispy enough and over seasoned with paprika. Would like to try there lunch. Next time I’ll just get an egg sandwich on a bagel, cause like I said bagels are really good.

Great breakfast place! Staff is always nice; the egg sandwiches, tuna, and bagels are a staple for at least once a weekend in our household. The cappuccino chocolate chip muffin is delicious!!!

Very disappointed. My bagel was cold — like it had been removed from the fridge and not toasted. It also wasn’t a fresh made bagel — definitely store bought. How can a bagel deli not have fresh bagels? My home fries were also sub par. One bite was steaming hot, the next was ice cold. Clearly another pre made item they just nuke– and they can’t even heat it up properly. My fiancé had a deli sandwich. The Manhattan I believe it was called. He said it didn’t taste fresh, bread was stale. All together a bad experience and we will never be back.

The second I bit into my chewy, tough tasteless Pastrami sandwich, I new it had to be new owners! I called and Bingo… New owners! Won’t be going back. Can’t eat this mess!

Wow! I finally found our breakfast spot! Originally from Jersey, we have been looking for a good bagel place that has all of the options we love from back home. Had the bacon egg and cheese on a keiser roll, which was delicious! We also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and bacon and it did not disappoint! Staff was friendly. A little pricey but well worth it! We will be coming back!

Had breakfast here yesterday with my family. I real liked the set up and everything looked clean and fresh. The only thing I felt was that my egg salad was extremely bland in flavor. The bagel was soft and fresh and apple juice was the best. Thanks very much. By the way my daughter is in love with this place.

I was disappointed. My wife and I have been looking for a new breakfast place. This won’t be it. You’re not greeted with a smile. I stood by the cashier to order. I was told that I go down to the other end to place my order. This was done with a roll of the eyes. I walked down to the proper ordering area. Placed an order for my sandwich and a platter for my wife. My sandwich came on a Styrofoam plate that was not much bigger then the bagel. My wife’s platter was good except no cream cheese. The food was pretty good. I just expect more from a local privately-owned place. I’d like a smile I’d like the plates and the cutlery to be a step up from McDonald’s. I’d like to feel my business is appreciated.

FINALLY! I have lived in Florida for about 8 months now, and I’ve been searching for the best bagel/cream cheese and deli place. We’ve tried many, and while we’ve had some good ones, this was the best. See, I love Bagel Melts. Cheese + cream cheese is like the most amazing hangover food, no I’m sorry, the most amazing food. I love it. The cheese bagel melt with a garlic bagel was so yummy. And their egg sandwiches are very yummy — tons of egg and ingredients. The line is fast and the place is clean. The staff was nice and helpful with choices but did a good job at keeping people moving along. It’s well priced. I have no complaints, just love for this place.
