BEWARE. STS Stucco is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Their customer service is the worst. We hired Erich Gregg (owner) as a subcontractor for a commercial project and not only did he fail to complete the work they did not return any emails or phone calls. Just completely uncalled for the in construction industry, especially when other trades are depending on him to follow the schedule or at the very least COMMUNICATE. We are professionals and this guy needs to put on his big boy panties and learn how to run a company.
He also said himself he won’t be the cheapest if we shop around. Well, I guess you don’t get what you paid for here. You get ripped off for price and quality!
Need more proof… they have a «fabulous» F RATING with the Better Business Bureau!
