I’ve always had great service here. The only semi-negative thing I could say is that he is often out on calls so if you go to his shop to get a quick key made, he may or may not be there. However, he does do really great work, makes perfect keys and is quick and reasonably priced.

I had recently lost a key to a quad they manage to come out the same day and replace it, I was very pleased with the work that was done and would defiantly recommend. It’s nice to know that there are people still in the industry that care about what they do.

I was incredibly disappointed when I called here today. The person answering the call was rude and disrespectful. When I asked for a price quote not only was it much more than other quotes, but when I acted surprised at how much it would be he said, «well lady, do you want into your house or not? If you’re locked out its obviously going to cost money.» I was also told it would be at least 2 hours and he gave me all kinds of excuses as to why it wouldn’t be sooner. I found someone else to do the job and was very put off by the way I was treated.

We have a business in Parker and have used them several times to change and replace locks. They have always done a good job and have been prompt and courteous.

Zero stars!!! My 18 year old son worked his butt off and saved cash for a truck. We visited Mr. D to get an extra key. He was so rude, we thought we were being punk’d! Well, fast forward a few months later and we had to use the key. It set off the alarm on the truck. Went back to Mr. D and his response was” yeaaaahhh???” Like we were supposed to expect it to set off the alarm!!! He was even MORE rude than the first time we went! No surprise, he did NOTHING to rectify the situation or stand by his work. A RUDE, CROTCHETY Scrooge. Do NOTGOHERE!!!

It was on a long Friday at 5pm, ten years passing since I last locked my keys in my truck. I had developed strict a ritual of patting myself and hearing that tingling sound before closing my truck door. But my brain was done had 5 mins to rush into the driver license before they closed I could be waiting in line for hours. Not a problem… just lock your keys in your truck and that feeling of I’m going to be waiting for forever sinks in. Mr. D’s locksmith was 3.2 miles away in tough traffic, arrived under 15 mins and had my truck opened in two minutes. Paid cash, 75 bucks if you go with insurance it’s around a hundred. No damage done to the truck and he had to get in with manual locks. He was a friendly guy. Considering how long I could have been waiting it was worth ever dollar and will help me create a better ritual that will beat a decade.

I went in to have a fob programmed for my car. I already had the fob, I just needed him to program it. He quoted me $ 80. Seemed high, but I couldn’t say it was unreasonable. I didn’t want to spend that at the time, so I told Mr D I didn’t have $ 80 to put into it right then. He said«Well, excuuuuuse me.» His attitude was so ridiculous I thought he was joking and started laughing. I saw his face and realized he was serious. You have got to be kidding me.
