Came last week for my first time. Didn’t know anything about Pilates, or the studio. I was afraid to try something new and didn’t know what to expect. Brandon, one of the instructors, was very welcoming and helped me and my friend get familiar and placed us next to people that have been there before. 45 minutes after I knew I was hooked. Returned today and got to meet the owners who were very sweet. Brandon once again delivered an awesome class. I highly recommend this place. Ps. I was sore for 4 days :)

Amazing workout with FANTASTIC fast results! The staff/instructors are super friendly, funny and highly professional. The workouts are a short 45 minutes and never routine or boring. HIGHLYRECOMMENDED!!!

I have been a member for almost 2 years. It is the best low impact workout there is. 45 minutes, hits all muscle groups. It’s never boring, always pushes you to the next level. Great instructors and awesome owners. I love it.

Facility is great, trainers are great, owners… not so much. They like to YELLATYOUINEMAIL and have poor customer service :(Too bad, this would have been my new work out place but Ill take my $ 100/month somewhere else.

Excellent way to supplement your fitness regimen for strength and toning. Adds a very natural feeling way to do strength resistance training. Instructor-led exercises are easily adjusted to make them easier or harder depending on your level. Not so much an aerobic workout, but does burn calories and you work up a little sweat a different way. Not a bulk-up workout either, but does not claim to be. If you want to build some, but especially — firm up and shape & tone — muscle… There’s no better workout, and no two workouts are the same!

Amazing instructors and a great work out! If you haven’t tried it yet then get in there! Classes are only 45 minutes but you leave havbing worked every muscle in your body!

I recently discovered Mile High Pilates + and«wow» what a workout. I’ve been doing pilates reformer to rehab a ruputured disc and hip replacement and the core work has been great. However, Pilates + takes it to a new level(not like the classic pilates class, but some things will be familiar). In just 45 minutes, I can get a fantastic full body workout without impact. The instructors watch form carefully to keep us safe. I was surprised how challenging it was(there are tons of modifications until you get stronger), plus it was a much faster toning process than other workouts I’ve done. I actually feel a bit sore(deep down in the muscles) which doesn’t happen very often. With over 200 different exercises that can be done with the equipment, you won’t get bored with the same old routine. It is worth the drive to Parker! I’m glad I found it.

From someone who has been doing Pilates for over 10 years, this is classical Pilates taken to a new level. State of the art equipment, great instructors and fabulous classes make Mile High Pilates + my favorite workout by far.
