Hilltop Cleaners

I have been using Hilltop Cleaners for at least three years and they do a fantastic job. They are the only cleaners I trust with my business suits. My clothes always come out looking fresh and clean. I have had problems with other cleaners in the past that have ruined my suits.
Their customer service is the best and I feel their prices are fair for their services. Just to tell you how good they are, I drive from Aurora to Parker for my dry cleaning.

I consider customer service as important as the quality of service provided. I am completely impressed with Hilltop Cleaners because 1) I didn’t even know my husband was using them and the quality is great, 2) I have been traveling and life is hectic and I needed a pair of slacks cleaned same day — and I forgot to pick them up, and 3) when we called — at closing time — to inquire about my slacks we were told they would wait for us to come pick them up after hours. I don’t intend to count on that since I was the one who messed up, but their willingness to meet my needs makes me a fan for life. Why would I go anywhere else?

I’ve finally found a dry cleaner in Parker that I’ll go back to day after day. Good prices, great service and most importantly, for me — great people running the place. I’ve been going there for over a year and have yet to have a problem. They are flexible, where if you need something quickly they will accommodate you. I’m hooked and you will be too — give ‘em a chance.

OK, so this place is pretty reasonable for drycleaning… only problem is that the last time I got my clothes back, I SWEAR they hadn’t been cleaned at all, only pressed. There had been lint on the pants and carpet fuzz on a dark shirt when I dropped the clothes off, and both items returned with their «friends» intact, only they were pressed. The clothes also didn’t smell clean or like cleaning fluid.
I may give ‘em one more chance, but will be going to back to the expensive cleaners in town if this happens again.
UPDATE 4÷6÷2010: My husband dropped off 2 of my sweaters before I could tell him to take them to another cleaners, and I got them back last week. Took one out to wear yesterday and still smelled the perfume I wore the last time I had the sweater on… I only use one pump, so I know that the sweaters were not cleaned either… I am taking away the second star and downgrading them to 1. Very sad, because I thought I had found a decent, reasonably priced cleaners.
