Finally stumbled my way to this wine shop last night! The people working there know what they’re talking about and have tasted most of the wine, which is super helpful. They were able to give great recommendations based on my specific tastes. They had a lot of quality wines, which weren’t all at a high price point. I bought three wines that they recommended when I shared my price point as ‘low to mid range’ and the reds I bought were $ 11, $ 13 and $ 14. They have unique wines as well, not just the standard selection you see in most shops. Also I appreciated that they have several coolers so you can buy white wine chilled– always a good idea! :) Love this spot. If only I lived in Park Slope! I’ll definitely pop back in whenever I’m in the area though to stock up on quality wine! Also, the girl working there was super nice and open about sharing her opinions about the wines she’d tried.

They only carry one wine I’ve ever heard of, and even that wine isn’t a standard. (It’s from out in long island and I went to that winery once.) To me, this can mean 2 things — they are either serious wine people and found a FULL STORE of wines I’ve never seen in a store before, OR these wines are all cheap and being marked up a lot, with some good branding and customer service to go along with it… either way, I probably won’t go back…

Stopped in here on the way to the park to grab a bottle of wine. Incredibly friendly staff who will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Cute store and lots of reasonably priced (10 – 20) wines. A+
