There is always a line here and only one worker! Never coming here again wrote this whole review and still waiting in line fml

seriously one of the best places to study!!! I come here all the time with my friends and we always get so much work done! I love the fact that it’s open 24 hours and the iced hazelnut coffee is to die for! They also serve the best hashbrowns around!

The employees make unauthorized transactions on your credit cards. Who spends $ 99, and $ 101 on donuts on the same day???

Not liking this DD. How can DD not make coffee with easy cream it’s not that difficult… or is it

I ordered an iced coffee with cream and a decaf with cream — both were pretty terrible and ended up getting tossed after a few sips. The coffee tasted watered down and stale and the iced coffee I’m sure had more cream than coffee. Will not return to this location.

Just got some coffee after lunch and boy it felt like it was yesterday’s mixed in with today. Never will visit this location as this is the third time this happened to me. The place is also very poorly maintained. Of course people need to throw their stuff in garbage before they leave but the store still needs to keep the tables clean and whipped. Sorry never have left a bad review anywhere always gave the benefit of doubt but Unilocal is about keeping it real.

First of all, I love DD!!! And this location is awesome, always welcomed with a «good morning» and a smile! Fast and friendly, especially the older lady that has been there for ever, she is the best!

I was very disappointed visiting this particular store. I’ve stopped here on several different occasions as I bank next door but I don’t think I’ll be eating/​drinking here anymore. During my last visit I ordered my daughter a berry smoothie. She loves the color pink and the big picture of the fruit drink on the register, on the window and on the menu board clinched it for her. Upon receiving her drink she asked for a regular lid because hers came with a dome lid. A reasonable request for a three year old, she wanted exactly what she saw in the picture. The guy explained that he used that lid because it’s easier to blend the drink. I acknowledged his reasoning but explained she would like a flat lid for her drink. He actually rolled his eyes at me then went to go get her the lid. What a jerk! Come on, she’s three for crying out loud.
Then I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream and sugar. I know that might a bit sweet for some but what can I say, I like it that way. Unfortunately this drink was not hot, actually it was cold, well you know what I mean. The way it was prepared was a bit strange but he poured the coffee last so I ended up with all of the sugar at the bottom of the cup and no matter how much I tried to stir it it never dissolved because the drink was cold. Maybe I’m crazy since it was after all an iced coffee but I was left felling sad by his attitude and the lifeless drink.
