Nice little shop, it carries a lot of high end jewelry, with high end price tags in cases, to ornaments that indicate what state you’re visiting. In the back they offer scarves and mittens, some umbrellas and what have you. All in all, it’s your typical tourist shop.

Stopped in a few minutes after Pine opened on Saturday morning 8⁄15 and the Women behind the counter was extremely rude. Fist off, she offered no greeting to customers walking in, and she kept her back to me while I patiently waited for her to acknowledge me standing 2 feet from her so I could ask a question, to no avail. Finally, I asked her where the ceramic mugs were located because my wife liked the one in the window. She motions to the back of the store where I proceed to look but couldn’t find the one in the window. Now, this is where I apparently got her attention… I simply walked up to the window, grabbed the mug that was on display and proceeded to purchase the mug. While wrapping the mug in paper, this unpleasant cashier, proceeds to mumble and huff and puff. When she finally tells me how much I owed for the mug, i think asked her very nicely what her problem was. She then proceeds to complain about how customers never read this small sign that basically says«please ask for assistance before touching the display». Well that’s like saying please«pet the JYD if you need help in the junk yard. «. I tried that and she was miserable to deal with. Long story short, I refused to buy the mug based on her attitude and instead was happy to give my business to another merchant at the Sunday Market. Park City is much too nice of a community to let one out of 100 merchants ruin my experience while shopping there over the years but I highly recommend Pine takes a hard look at their customer service. This was completely inappropriate and rude and I will not give Pine any business because of it.

It was a charming store in Park City that we spent some time in while browsing their selection of prints, scarves, clothing, and jewelry. The prices range from affordable make your own charm necklaces or handmade ones by local artists.(I, of course, had to pick one of the most expensive necklaces.) The woman working there was fantastic. She was so friendly and helpful. From helping us try on jewelry, tie scarves, and suggest restuarants. Nice to have great service at this great store. Stop by here for gift for yourself, or for a friend. You’re sure to find something great.

Pine is a fantastic shop to visit on Main Street. We learned about the shop from Rachel Ray’s Park City special, and LOVED their variety of art prints, wall signs, and eclectic souvenirs. If you’re looking for the perfect place to find the perfect gift, stop at Pine!
